Hotel Ele Puente Romano de Salamanca

Good location within easy walking distance of downtown. I was there in mid November and there was plenty of street parking close by.

Room checked all the boxes but could use a bit of routine maintenance. With that being said I would stay again.

Very nice location, close to the old city and possibility to free-parking. Supermarket nearby.

Personally I would like more selection in the breakfast.

Great locatioif looking for something just out of old town . Parking can be tricky but did get a space just across the street. Had nice view from room.

The location of the property is great for access into Salamanca and its lure. Safe area for parking. Breakfast was extensive and fresh and plentyful.

The room was very spacious and well furnished. Everything was clean and tidy and the staff were lovely. It was great that they had an underground car park which made access to the property easy. Only a 5/10 minute walk from the middle of Salamanca town centre which suited us perfectly.

The only thing I would note which is very small is that the glass shower screen didn’t quite fit to the bath so it directed into the shower slightly. Was a little annoying but not much of a problem.

The location is excellent for visiting the city. There are lots of places to eat, including a steak house less than 100mtrs away. There was no restaurant on the night we stayed. Breakfast was available, but we didn't partake on this occasion. Salamanca City is a 10-minute walk away. We parked in the street by the hotel, there are lots of side streets in the area you can use.Unexpectedly, there was a fridge in the room with two complimentary bottles of water inside. Wardrobe also had a safe. Bar on site in the foyer, swimming pool was closed. We had a pack of toiletries in the bathroom and an abundance of soft towels. The room was clean and spacious. We would stay again, as the location and price are excellent.

We booked and had confirmation of a double bedded room. At reception, we were told this was the case..We were given a room number, but just as we entered the room, the receptionist came up and said it was an error. A new key was issued, and we now had twin beds instead. Reception said no double beds were available. This is in spite of the email confirmation and then the receptionists initial confirmation. We were only given one key. This had to go into the slot for power. Bizarrely, the key also powered the safe. So if you opened the safe, you had no light. We didn't ask for an extra key, only being there for one night. I'm not sure if removing the key affected the fridge. It's worth checking if you're using it for food. There was no information pack or fire evacuation poster. I'm not sure if this is unusual in Spain.

Easy walk into the old town. Excellent buffet breakfast, Parking on premises albeit a little pricey.

Pricey parking

Everything was perfect. The rooms have a great specification with a king sized bed and balcony. The bathroom is large and nicely decorated. Helpful staff on arrival. Very good location with parking and a short walk to the centre across a scenic bridge. We required secure paid parking but free road parking is available.We will definitely be back as Salamanca is a beautiful city.

Fantastic location because: easy to find coming by car, easy local parking and only 10 minutes walk over the Roman bridge to the Cathedral etc.Fine rooms. Helpful staff and good breakfast.

Great hotel, an overnight stop for us.Perfect location short walk over the Bridge into the medieval city. Safe underground parking.Super comy clean room and friendly staff.

The breakfast and the fact the hotel didn't serve lunch or dinner. There were only two restaurants nearby but nothing to write home about and didn't open until late.

We liked everything about the hotel. It was cold when we stayed in Salamanca but the hotel was lovely and warm.

One English speaking channel on the tv would have been good, a news channel maybe

The location is perfect with an easy walk across the bridge to the Cathedral etc. Secure convenient car parking is available in the basement at an extra cost.

While everything was available at breakfast nothing was very appealing. A machine that produced lukewarm water or some kind of coffee when one finally got the hang of it not to mention the bread and toaster...

Location, staff really welcoming. Large rooms.
