Our room was spacious and clean

The breakfast was a bit disappointing and the walls were very thin

Fantastic and very friendly personnel eager to answer any questions about their beautiful city; they are available to solve any issues, answer any questions to make your stay a wonderful one. Check in was a breeze. Clean, perfectly located hotel, right in the center of it all. Steps away from everything; The University, The Cathedral, important monuments, sites, restaurants, stores and pharmacies.

Would be wonderful if there was a buffet breakfast available.

The location is excellent and close to all attractions in the historic city center of Salamanca. The staff is very friendly. The room was quite spacious, even for a family with a kid, and everything was clean.

The breakfast is the sad note. At least the hotel should refer to it as a "continental breakfast" because there's nothing fresh, no fruits, no natural juice, only one option of cheese and ham, and packaged stuff.

Great location, two minutes walk from Plaza Mayor. Comfortable and unpretentious, the staff were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great central location within walking distance to almost all the sightseeing points.Spacious room, clean and comfortable bed, good wifi connection, you have almost everything you might need and we appreciated any small touch like complimentary cold water in the refrigerator. First of all, after checking out of the hotel, the train to Segovia left late in the afternoon, so we had to wander the streets with all our luggage for a few hours. When Francisco heard our situation, he kindly delayed our check-out time, so we could stay at the hotel longer.  In this hot weather with temperatures reaching 33-35°C, we felt as if we had met our savior.  On the morning of the check-out, we were surprised to see another staff member at the reception instead of Francisco, but he already knew our situation and reassured us. I was once again impressed by their meticulous attention to customer service. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Francisco and all the staff members once again.  ?????????

Rest days while walking the VDLP - great choice! Excellent location, comfy bed, helpful staff, great shower. All around an excellent choice.

This is hotel is in an excellent location and has friendly, helpful staff. It does need a bit of maintenance to deal with the mouldy smell in the bathroom and the leaking toilet. Fixing these would make it a great place to stay.

Amazing location, steps away from everything

There's almost no noise insulation in rooms. My room was facing the small street, but there were loud crowds passing by all night. Even with closed windows I felt like I was literally sleeping on the street. I would recommend bringing earplugs

The core of the old town. The room was really clean and had everything I needed.

There was some leak in the bathroom.

Our booking included daily room service and breakfast, which was good. The staff was very friendly and had recommendations for places to see around the city. The room was large and spacious.

The room was stark--very white and severe-looking. The windows we had looked into an alley. But other than aesthetics, everything was great except for the issues we had with the thermostat the first night.

Lovely location, right in the heart of the old city, close to Plaza Mayor.

Breakfast was disappointing. No hot food available, and no eggs, of any kind, which is unusual for a hotel in 2025. Best to book without the breakfast included in my honest opinion.

The hotel staff is super friendly and super polite. They are always willing to help.I forgot one of my wireless headphones in the room and they clean lady kept it in the lost and found at the reception. Then I was able to get them back.I've stayed at 5-star hotels before where I left behind a t-shirt or a pair of swim shorts, and they never showed up again.

Location is great, close to Plaza Mayor on a pedestrian road. Staff members are correct and willing to help. Cleaning is very thorough, although they did not respect my asking not to clean and change towels one of the days I stayed.

Room and bathroom are very basic, cold and noisy. I had a problem with a pipe leaking that I reported on the first day, but no one took care of it. Toiletries are scarce.

Only good thing is the location, in the middle of Salamanca, great to visit by foot

Very very very bad!!!1st : room was absolutely disgusting! I wondered if anyone came to clean it before we checked in: hair on the bed, facial hair on bathroom walls, dirt on the floor, STAIN ON BED SHEETS?! Honestly we felt disturbed to be sleeping it this bed. 2nd : no sheets were put on comforter (excuse me but I don’t believe they cleaned the comforter after every client…..) 3rd : we could feel the springs in the mattress, zero comfort. 4th : no parking available so we have to pay a parking in the city 5th : walls seam to be made out of paper! We can hear everything that’s being said in the streets…
