Clean, simple, cheap

Great location. Oldish premises. Single room was small and simple, but clean and comfortable. Staff was really polite and helpful. No complaints!

Bathroom was a bit old. WC made a loud noise after flushing. Buffet breakfast could have been better (more diverse fruits, for instance), but it was OK.

It was clean, had all the necessities AND both an amazing location and the best staff EVER!

I would have loved to been in one of the rooms with a balcony.

The hotel is located in the center of the universe. It is literally part of the Salamanca world heritage site. This is just amazing. As soon as we walked out of the hotel entrance, we walked right into the thick of the action where everything is happening and we loved it. Plaza Mayor, Convento de San Esteban, University of Salamanca, etc. Everything is right there. The hotel room is also spacious and the window gives us a view of the old town. The bathroom sink is huge which makes things a lot easier.

The costumer service is very good, very helpful.

You cannot drop off your luggage after 10:00 am since the costumer service will also notify you after booking. Also, no microwave or hairdryer inside the room but other than that everything is good and the location is perfect.

It's a great location in the centre of town, a couple of blocks from Plaza Mayor and the Catedrale.

The room could use a kettle and a hairdryer.

Right inside the old town area, this hotel is close to all major tourist attractions. Comfortable bed.Breakfast that is value for money.Friendly staff.

Strong smell, though not objectionable, felt when I have just entered the room. Some floor tiles are broken. The toilet bowl and the shower cabinet are too close to each other in such a way that I had difficulty sitting on the toilet bowl comfortably.The corridor of the floor where my room was located had no lighting at all. It was.completely dark at night.

Basic but clean and centrally located. Everything was great. The staff was also very nice.

The location is perfect. The breakfast was simple but good. They have an elevator. In general it was very good.

Just that on the last day a bunch of teenagers stayed there and they were so, but so noisy. We could hear them running, screaming, laughing, swearing, and it lasted till 4 am almost. But apart from this, all was ok.

Great value for money, good breakfast, staff always available to help, great location, close to the main tourist attractions in Salamanca. I recommend your stay.

Very poor

It's Russian roulette. Some rooms have a heating system (radiators), while others have only air conditioning. I got one with air conditioning which could not warm the room. In general, I do not recommend staying in winter. The staff at first said that every room had radiators, looking at me like a fool. Then when they were convinced that there was nothing like that, they immediately began to say that there is what there is, without even asking for an apology. Like they only offered warm blankets. In the end I had to stay in the room with small children as it was already 00.00 at night.

Really in the city center. The staff was really nice!

We could hear the noise from the other rooms flushing the toilet and also using the water (shower)

Breakfast very poor, there's no hairdryer

The price compared to other hotels in downtown. Location is also good.

- Breakfast:They've run out of bread during the breakfast hour. How is it possible not to have bread at a breakfast when you pay for it?- Negative experience after 30 minutes of check-in with the young gentleman's lack of professionalism: we just go out to buy water and the staff contacted to turn back because the dog was barking. When my family arrived the dog was quiet. The employee knocked the door very hard, and said the dog can not be 1 second alone. He told us that already in the past opened a room door to a dog go to the street and about call the police. it sounded like a threat. Very sad to have my son with us to listen to this and to see how they deal with customers. - Not pet friendly so do not offer this facility when you book rooms

Location, it was perfectly located near the main square. Although it was located near the hustle and bustle you could not hear anything for outside. The AC worked perfectly and the staff were extremely friendly. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were acceptable.

The lights barely worked in my room so it was very dark. The beds easily moved around so when you moved so did the bed. The shower head was designed so you had to take it off to shower and with a bad shoulder it was terrible trying to shower.

Brilliant location but fairly noisy at night. Comfortable beds in a fair sized room with en suite. Helpful staff and option of reasonably priced breakfast. Very good for a short stay

En suite had not been properly cleaned and had to ask for towels, but promptly rectified and otherwise very clean

Shower - very poor.

Very well located in the downtown of Salamanca. (A little bit noisy street at night). There are a lot of good restaurants near hotel. Iconic buildings are a few blocks round the hotel.

The room is comfy but quite small. The consierge staff is a bit dry.
