Great location. Very close to city center, shops, cathedral, and museums. If you are able to get a parking space in front of hotel, it is free. Clean and great staff.

Booked a shuttle and the front desk gave us the wrong time so then had to take a taxi. They did not email us until after the shuttle left

The hotel room is of standard size, comparable to most hotel rooms, featuring a small balcony. It offers standing space only, without a seating area. We found that the hotel is doing more for coach parties,alot of people, the personnel touch has been lost.

Gran Hotel Corona Sol is a beautiful hotel. It is a full service 4-star hotel that is well equipped for groups and also wonderful for couples like us. Our hotel room was spacious as was the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked great. The hotel staff was very gracious and accommodating. The restaurant offered typical Spanish traditional cuisine and soups which were delicious. The breakfast buffet was extensive. It was a 10-to-15-minute bus ride to the Basilica, University and historical Plaza Mayor Old Town area and a ten-minute return by taxi. We highly recommend this hotel for a most comfortable and pleasant stay.

Good location

The bathroom was infested with silverfish. During the night, 10-15 of them came out of the bathroom drains.Also, the AC wasn't working properly and the mini bar took too long to cool anything

No kettle in the room. Although I believe that may be the norm in Spain.

I had a fantastic view of the cathedral from my room on the fifth floor. The hotel is 10 minutes walk away from the cathedral and Plaza Mayor.

I would suggest to add an electric tea kettle in the room. They have a mini fridge in each room. They have a restaurant and bar. It would be nice to have a coffee barista in the morning.

Nothing good hotel

We booked a double room with a city view. Cleanliness, and not too far to walk to the old town. The bathroom was really nice. The shower was powerful with jets. We can not comment on the food as we didn't eat at the hotel. The bed was comfy, and pillows are polyester not good when you are hot.

Minimal view of the city. Facilities say a soundproof room. Awoken at 3:30 am. with a tv playing very loud. Earplugs had to go in. Air conditioning was mentioned, and the hotel should state what months this is available from and to. Had to sleep with windows open. Traffic and rowdy people kept us awake. No coffee or tea making facilities. Mini bar? No drinks are provided in it. €15 a day to park.

Nice room with a comfortable bed. Good location about a 15 minute walk from Plaza Major. We arrived at about 9pm in the evening and the receptionist was very nice and arranged a table for us in the restaurant.

Our room had a shower over a bath and it wasn't possible to have a bath as the plug wouldn't stay down.The breakfast buffet was Ok but not great; croissants etc could have been fresher.
