- Very friendly staff when we arrived, helped us with parking, restaurant recommendations (that were fantastic) and orientation to Salamanca. Very convenient location, just a short walk to the Plaza Mayor.
- Nice location
Cons -
- Being charged 9 Euros for breakfast
- Air conditioning wasn’t working or we couldn’t figure it out but was late before we noticed. Beds were very firm. Rooms are a little tired but clean. All in all a good value in a beautiful city.
- noisy rooms, also, we needed to leave at 6 am and the elevators were closed at that time so we had to bring down our large and heavy suitcases through the stairs.

Close to train station.
Smells like mold. Then staff uses the most aggressive smelling cleaning supplies they can find. Hotels smells gross at all times. Walls are thin, beds are cheap. Left after two nights of a 5 night stay. Check out on the 3rd night as I needed a place to store luggage during a move. Asked for a refund for final 2 nights. Hotel said go through booking, which I did. Hotel then rejected booking.com refund while booking.com also pretends to hold no responsibility. Hotel didn’t have decency to message me back after I asked again for a refund. Never ceases to amaze how businesses are happy to take money but never have any interest in dealing fairly to provide services. In the interest of honesty, my reservation was non-refundable but I have had plenty of instances where businesses/reasonable people were willing to look past that. Some people are just made different. Best of luck with your cheap business.
Staff friendly and helpful good location short walk to center of salamanca
Clean and good location for walking
Parking was on a busy street
I selected this hotel due to its location near the train station. It was about a 4 block walk but that was OK, very easy for me. I had horrible rainy, windy weather, so the walk might have been better. Walking into town from the hotel was about 3 blocks to the edge of the pedestrian area which is a huge area. This hotel's staff was very friendly and helpful. My single room was clean and although this hotel is older, the decor was very nice. Plenty of space for a suitcase, although I just had carryon; nice place to hang clothes, and the shower was pretty large. Across the street are two small groceries and a pharmacy is close to the pedestrian areas. I would definitely stay here again in Salamanca.
Nothing. I recommend this hotel.
The hotel is run by a family. This shows in the care and attention they give visitors. They were very helpful and friendly.
The room was a little old fashioned and could be modernised with some small changes.
Christian was especially welcoming and helpful. Hotel very close to train station. Excellent little restaurant Lola right across the street. Room clean and comfortable. What more can anyone want?
Location
Clean nice room ideal
Clean, comfortable and all the basics you need for a good nights sleep.
A little noisy in the hallways in the morning. Quite basic breakfast.
Very cozy and warm. It was very clean and neat. I liked that it had character and wasn’t just a boring modern hotel. The woman and man who were at the desk and on property (management) were very kind and friendly. And most of all, I felt safe.
Location close to city centre
Breakfast options are too limited. No gluten-free options.Parking bays are underground and tiny - not recommended unless you have a very small cat.
The location and friendly staff
The room is quite small for American standards I would advise travelers this hotel only for short term stays that said it is quite close to supermarkets and a couple of restaurants one annoyance is the fact that you have to hand over your room key in order to leave the hotel and in doing so you cut of the power to the heater in the room or should I say the aircon’s heater as the one in the room never worked I had a couple of noisy neighbors but they kept quiet during sleeping hours is also within walking distance to the train station
Quiet, comfortable bed. Large bath. Friendly staff.
No kettle or available coffee. Coffee machine in lobby broken. Hair dryer broken. A holiday weekend but even considering that the price seemed exorbitant. Website rating definitely too high.
Location is perfect and has good access to underground parking, the hosts walk you to your parking spot.
I asked for a double bed and the room was smaller than expected
Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Good location.
The room wasn't soundproofed enough, so I could hear voices in the corridor and doors closing. I slept in another room of the same hotel a few days later and didnt have that problem so maybe it was just bad luck.
The manager from start to finish was helpful, gave advice and good directions. A credit to the hotel.
The staff is very helpful and friendly. There is no problem with cleanliness. The location of the hotel is good.
There were no facilities in the room. There were only facilities for sleeping and cleaning. If you are looking for amenities such as a kettle and a refrigerator in your room, this is not the right place.
Very nice service. Not far city center. I'm glad that parking place not far. Safe city.
Air conditioning was not working. Bed not comfortable. Parking garage is just for small cars.
