Hotel Aragón

Location is not too far from the city center (about 10 minutes walk). Room and amenities were fine. There’s a luggage lift so you don’t have to carry it up to your room.

About 20 minutes walk from the train station so taxi might be better if you have a big luggage.

We found the service excellent. The location allowed us to walk to the historic center. The room was comfortable and well heated.

There is no elevator, only a lift for luggage. The bathroom had a bathtub with a jacuzzi but there was no plug so it could not be used.

Good location

My room was much smaller than the one(s) on booking.com pictures. And if you plan on asking them to hold your luggage after check-out, make sure your train leaves by 2pm—because nobody will retrieve your bags a minute after that.

Comfortable rooms. Friendly staff that helped us with a free parking spot and who made sure we had adjoining rooms for the children. Location is only 15 minute walk from the old city centre. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Bathroom was a bit outdated and could need some renovation.

The staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. They went to great trouble to retrieve a tee-shirt that mistakenly went into the laundry

Small window in our room onto the courtyard, but we were out all day anyway, so it didn't matter.

Checked in very late but staff was checking on me constantly that I could enter the building, find the keys and everything was alright. Has a good location and just 10 to 15 minutes walking distance from city center

The staff was very responsive and helpful.

Our room was a little noisy until midnight because we were near a busy street corner.

15 minutes Walking to the center of the old town. Bus stops nearby. The staff is kind to let me check in an hour early. The single room is small, but clean and also has a desk and a chair

The lighting of the room is not bright enough.

Very friendly and welcoming owner. Very clean. Great convenient location to old town - just outside but easy walk in. Owner allowed bicycles to be stored in the room but was also happy to offer up alternative storage if we preferred. Great value for money and good local amenities i.e coffee shops, supermarkets and laundrette.

It was quiet.

Although the info claims check in open from 2pm there was nobody there at 4pm and I had to wait after calling and messaging.There was no plug for bath. I was told only shower was stated for use but this was not correct. The info says bath or shower which implies either or both can be used. I only wanted a bath, wasn't bothered about the hydro jet thing but, no, it wasn't available ? As it happens when I had a shower the water was just warm anyway.The heater was at minimum heat and switched off after a couple of hours.The room itself was grim and dark.The hallway smelled bad, could have been the carpet which looked liked it had seen better days.

I was welcomed by Toni and was very comfortable and well looked after for my stay.I particularly liked the very clever shower with it's 3 functions especially the foot washing function! Stay at the Hotel Aragon

The location is great, between the train station and the loveliness of the university buildings and cathedrals. My host couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly, despite me not being able to speak Spanish. The Wi-Fi was mostly good. The bedding and room were very clean. Given its location and the fact that it is not claiming to be anything other than basic (although it does say it has aircon, which I found out is seasonal), I thinkit is good value.

I had requested a double bed and had received a reply saying this was possible but there were 2 singles. The room was extremely hot at night, meaning I slept with the window wide open, which didn’t feel very secure. There was a hygiene band around the toilet seat; when I removed this, I found several black hair’s underneath. The shower was overly complicated. Despite a notice about being kind to the environment, there was a lot of seemingly unnecessary single-use plastic (including cups/ glasses). There was place to make or get coffee in the morning - as far as I could see.
