I had thing stolen from my room from the staff or the cleaners .my Saver & Saver blade got stolen my Cigarettes got stolen

O.k nothing to shout about.

No hot water. Telephone not working. Shower dirty. No toilet roll. Bidet pipe rusty. Bathroom never cleaned in 3 days. Truly disgusting. Why do put this hotel on your listing. Guest shouting and drunk early morning. Sleep disturbances.

Staff very courteous helpful BUT under owners so helpless. Aftab Bablu always ready to assist

Dirty. Standard very poor with ripped sheet unclean facilities not what shows on booking site. No place to sit for breakfast so by time comes to room cold! Not what I expected

The shower was powerful and hot

Booked a double room - on checking in, only a twin was available. Then shown later to a 'cleaned' double room which had a window that could not shut, so many insects were all in the room and bathroom. Switched to another room which had filthy bedsheets. Eventually went back to the twin room which was the only clean one out of all three! They don't give toilet roll, only 1 towel per room. television does not work. All over a bad experience but may be expected for £14 for the night.

The room was ok and it was adequate size

The sheets seemed old the overall condition was quite rundown nothing like what was shown in the pics

Booking cancelled by the hotel

Even though I had booked well in advance and also called them on the day to confirm our booking and told them we will be arriving only by 10pm, when we finally arrived they said they didn't have our rooms. We were stranded late in the night in a city we weren't familiar with! We had to go running from one hotel to another and finally had to spend the night is q really shady hotel. They also blamed Booking.com saying you'll overbooked the place even though they didn't have space! Really horrible experience

Difficult to find as signs not put up. My 4 day confirmed booking was over booked as a result I had to move to another hotel. They expect you to pay up front for confirm bookings. Also I had to pay cash.

Nothing at all

To start with, toilet seat completely disconnected. Had hair on it and toilet was not cleaned. There was no soap or any shampoo. Had every bad odor in the room. Bed had what looked to be urine stains on it. TV was not working. light switches had some kind of oily sticky gunk on it. Floors were not swept. Towels were pitch black. I usually don’t put reviews but this was worse than a roach motel….i could not sleep all night thinking about this. Simply awful!!!

The price of the stay was reasonable, and the room was spacious. The location was excellent, and with proper management efforts, it has the potential to be elevated to a higher tier.

The hygiene of the room was poor, with dust, a foul smell, a blood stain on the toilet seat, and a severe lack of toiletries.

Economical stay.

Central air conditioner is good. But sliding windows are more comfortable rather than packed windows.

Booked 3 rooms all 3 rooms had cockroaches in them, upon telling the manager he assured us that they get pest control in every now and then to make sure this doesnt happen. But when we took him to the room and showed him he had no words either.The bed sheets were all stained and we definitely did not plan on laying on them. The Bathroom had mould and rust all around.Appliances and other fixtures were broken. We checked in and checked out right away. A week and a half later while still writing this I am trying to recoup our money. We did not spend a night in the rooms and the manager has mentioned that I have to contact OYO the building owners, who have passed me around and around to different teams. They're team in India have even hing up on me multiple times. This has by far been the worst stay ever and definitely one to avoid for those looking at this hotel.

Very very tired property. No cleanliness at all. Filthy bedsheets, filthy duvet, stains on pillows covers. Shower is mouldy, toilet broken. Rugs were provided in the name of towels. Towel rail broken. TV doesn’t work in any room (Just a showpiece). Complained and no refund.

I have been looted for breakfast and other amenities

I was charged for breakfast and the hotel doesn't have any restaurants. No breakfast was provided and I have paid for it in the beginning . There was no working TV in the room. Fan not available in the room. Even for the shampoo I have to ask them. Bad experience

Staff manager and entire team members oilfield not do enough

Room was neat and clean. Front desk office person was very polite and cooperative.

Staff was very good, service was good. Had a beautiful big room.

Room spacious, clean, comfortable. Large & comfortable room. Highly recommend the property.
