Nice large room with a balcony. Very good breakfast with great choice of meals. Modern furniture. Mosquito net on the windows and balcony door is must have, thank you for having it, but it is missing in the bathroom so the bathroom is full of spiders and blackflies.

Guests speaking in English were not welcomed by a receptionist, who immediately switched to German and did not look anymore not once at the main guest who dared to speak in English to her. The shower drainage is blocked and not cleaned, so after 2 minutes the water goes out up to the room door. There are no hangers for towels, especially hand towels near the sink, no hangers, no shelf, nothing. The bedhseet for the third bed for a child looks like it survived the second world war, it is all torn and weared to holes at elastic part. The safe is located above the coffee machine and stays with an opened door, as it can’t be closed, and is dangerous for your head if you happen to bend over and then raise your head, forgetting about the sharp door of the safe above you. Continuosly smelled with smoking as neigbours smoked at balconies somewhere close to our room. Smoking os allowed at balconies at this hotel, this is nonsence. For a 230€ per night, this is not acceptable quality.

Nice, modern room with comfortable bed. Beautiful view to the port.

The room is above the restaurant so you can hear the noises and smell the food.The wellness was closed on Sunday.However, our worst experience was at the reception. We paid the local tax upon arrival and received the tourist card. The receptionist didn't give us a receipt and when I asked her if that was okay, she said yes. (we had already prepaid the accommodation through Booking). On Monday another receptionist asked the amount again. We said we already paid. Instead of saying "sorry, I don't see it in the system" she just repeated "show the bill, show the bill". The fact that she suspected us of lying and did not want to call her colleague is unacceptable. We ended up paying the tax again.

Clean - renovated

Staff was surprisingly very cheap with their nespresso coffee. Asked for some extra pods and received a quick “nein”. Only 4 pods per day per room. I was very surprised. Never have I been refused extra coffee for the room in all my 40 years of staying at hotels. A few nespresso pods cost nothing in relation to the amount of money I spent during my four days at the hotel.

Nice, relaxing, modern, good restaurant. The balcony, spacious room (deluxe), friendly athosphere. Close to many interesting towns and other places eg Stralsund, Sellin, Binz, naturpark Jasmund. Pleasant New Year Dinner and party.

Restaurant food tastes and the waiter and waitress at the restaurant are very friendly. Room facility clean and good.

One lady at the reception desk was not so friendly. The pool is very small. Water is too cold and the Sauna is not open.

Very nice and spacious rooms. Nice staff. Great choice of food for breakfast. Amazing evening restaurant with perfect modern cuisine. We definitely want to come back here in the future.

Lovely, newly refurbished hotel (you could still smell the paint ?), great location right in the small harbour with less tourists than in other areas, 5 minutes from the train station, 15 minutes walking distance to a small beach, friendly stuff, great breakfast…

We would only recommend more pegs to hang your clothes and towels in the bathroom. otherwise nothing ? Thank you!!

The decorations and the bed is very comfortable. The room is very spacious and clean

The shower shold be close with glass because when you take a shower, all bathroom will be wet.
