The room was not good. Bad smelling. Toilet combo donot have cover. Internet not working properly. Staffs were not helpf

The room is normal and has enough space, the bathroom is normal, the bed is good.

The room was cleaned once during the 4 days, the next day. The room is connected to another room by an internal door that is not locked, leaving items may not be safe.

Towels changed every day. My bed linen was clean.

The carpet was ruined and had stains. Some of the towels had stains. Limescale on the tap and the shower. I found three big spiders in the room, with spider webs in the corners. The room had a slight smell of smoke.

We liked that we had a ground floor with access to the car park without having to go through reception to get access to our car. Access to electrical points were adequate and accessible.

The room was quite grubby and had a faint sweaty odour on the chair. the toilet seat was not very secure.

The bathroom was quite large, the bed confortable and the personnel is very polite and speaks a good English. The AC was enough powerful to keep the room fresh even if outside was very hot, even using it for a few hours.

I couldn't find a laundry room for clients (if there was one, then my bad!), my room was a bit too cold sometimes and there was no way to warm it a bit (even with AC switched off or opening the door-window when outside was really hot) and there are no small fridges in the rooms to be used by clients. It was impossible drying the clothes inside the room, and so for long period people need to look for a laundry in the nearby villages.

The two receptionists were extremely helpful; specially the lady in the mornings/afternoons went beyond her duties by picking up food leftovers when the cleaning lady refused to clean my room. There is a supermarket and a pizza truck at a walking distance.

I have travelled for years in the so called "third countries" and I have had better rooms than in this hotel; some examples: 1. the rug is extremely disgusting, it was old 10 years ago, nowadays you wouldnt find it even in a garbage dump; 2. I found a coackroach at 1am on the desk, mold in the upper part of the toilet walls, unidentifiable stains in the walls; 3. the cleaning lady refused cleaning the room, first lying that she had already cleaned it, then blaming me for coming in and out of the room several times so disrupting her duties, then excusing herself she was overworking, then suggesting I should get another room if I found a coackroach rather than cleaning the room. I was speechless for her attitude with a client and with her own responsibilities. Honestly the breakfast was very very simple and scarce, and it was the last of my complaints. I had to cut my trip short for one day, and I was actually glad I had to spend only two nights in there. Should I had to stay for three nights, I would have moved the second day to another hotel, and loose my money. Awful experience for a solo mother traveling with a small kid, or anyone with a minimum standard of service.

Hard to find positive points

Terrible smell in the room, luckily it was summer and we could have slept with windows open. The cleanliness was questionable.

Simple an good enough for me. The price was ok.

The breakfast was missing food that had run out and was not replaced. It is a bit annoying when your friends got bread but there was not any left for me even that it was an hour before the breakfast time was over.

The Room is Small, stinks of smoke, DUST all over the floors, in the toilet there was poo & wee marks over the walls, Air con wasn't working & i could continue but i would stay clear if you don't want to become ill

Avoid at all costs

The room stunk of cigarettes, crap and mold. Even with the window wide open, we couldn't get rid of this, the entire night. Just a terrible place to stay.

The staff at reception were really friendly and helpful. Spoke good English so it was easy to communicate. Good location in terms of transport into Geneva.

There was a weird smell in the room but it went after a little bit. The restaurant didn’t offer any dietary requirement options so I found it hard as a coeliac.

The reception staff are very friendly and efficient, breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable and the location was quiet.

Room carpet is very old and not clean - it needs a major renovation to make it decent for guests to stay; no soap and shower gel in the bathroom

The hotel is rundown. The whole building is in a very poor condition. Carpet is very old and it has a very strong odour in the whole corridors. It is definitely not clean. To be honest, it needs a major renovation to make it decent for guests to stay.

The price.

The hotel is generally a bit run down. The bar operates out of the reception area and has little choice for non beer and wine drinkers. Carpets have seen better days as had the shower rail and door to the room. 1.4 km to the nearest bus stop.

Nothing much, it is a budget hotel, what do you expect for €75?

Good hotel for a 1 night stop, clean room, off street parking, good location close to Geneva airport.

there is nothing to like in this place. please avoid this place. I had to leave!!!!!

nothing in this hotel is like the photos. that's a 1 star hotel. rooms are dirty, floor included, doors broken, bad smell.

Good price and great location for what we needed it for.

Bit dated, rooms are very small.
