Pros +
- The price is very low and I got what I paid for.
- The price was affordable and the bed also.
- Fast and free WIFI, good A/C, closeness to supermarket and bus stop. Green surroundings.
Cons -
- Nearly nothing left at breakfast at 7h30. Quite dirty.
- Room was dirty, stains all over the place. Strong tobacco smell in the room, the bed sheet were smelling particularly bad. The bathroom door was broken, and has to be left open if you don't want to risk getting locked inside. Shower drain was partially clogged so showers had to be kept quite short to not overflow the bathroom.
- The cuve of W. C isn't clean. The housekeepers can use some nice products to detarted then it will be okay. Also I didn't get how come the door main can stay wild open late? That is so insecure! And the TV wasn't broadcasting properly, it was cutting off. My son could watch cartoons, only TF1 was working.

Fast and free WIFI, good A/C, closeness to supermarket and bus stop. Green surroundings.
Old and worn-out furnishings, lack of space in room (no place to store clothes), smelly toilet, only a small and old towel provided, broken automatic check-in machine. Lack of clear directions to go to next building for reception. Food at breakfast was scarce.
This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
The hotel is not manned, completely worn down. Stinks of smoke, filthy, dirty walls and human body fluid on the shower floor/radiator. We refused to stay and were told we would get a refund. This did not happen- and we ended up losing the money to stay somewhere else. Please DO NOT book!
The bed was surprisingly comfy.
The hotel was unmanned, I searched around for someone till I saw (what looked like a parking payment machine) and you had to get your room key there. I paid for breakfast but could not see where it was and no one to ask. Everywhere was shut to get any food even the supermarket next door closed about seven. The place was very noisy and doors where banging all the time.
It was cheap but this is exactly what you are going to get as a service. Do not expect much bur rather check in, go to bed and close your eyes very quickly. The gas station was next to the hotel so that we could carry on the trip early in the morning after a stop over.
Smelly and dirty. With no staff present on the site after 23h00, we had to make a tour of a hotel trying to find a door which our room key card could open. And we were not alone doing it! I will never stop there again
Staff sorted out our issue
We didn't get the room we payed for, payed for a double bed + twin bed, and we got simply a double bed without the twin bed. Had to walk to reception/support which was a 5 minute walk down the road for some reason and we had to do this 5-8 times as problems kept occuring throughout our trip. Book somewhere nicer.
Bad
Hole in bedding mention to staff not sorted out Booked a triple room as it was cheapest on offer but given a small double
Just friendly stuff.
No evalator, very poor breakfast for that price. Need to add some sausages or bacon at least. Under bed was never cleaned. Could see food cans , spiders and dust.
I will rather consider another place to stay next time when I come to the area.
The room was cold, draught was coming from the window and the electric radiator did not work (was probably intentionally disconnected). There was an AC fan unit with heating function, but it was quite loud and not very efficient. That was annoying especially when I arrived late into the cold room and wanted to go sleep immediately. I had to run it on maximum (loud) power and it still took very long before it was reasonably warm inside. The room smelled like cigarette smoke although it was a non-smoking room, but seemed to be relatively clean. The back-lit switch on a lamp above the bed which shines directly into your eyes the whole night is also not a good design idea. There is no reception at the hotel and no staff is available. Only a machine that takes your credit card and gives you a room key. The machine overcharged me for the stay. I was supposed to pay 228€, but ended up paying 260€. If you want to talk to someone, you have to go to another hotel nearby, where also breakfasts are. The lady in the other hotel promissed that they will refund me the overcharged ammount, for which she needed to fill in a form and provide the credit card number and ID (seems fishy already). It's been almost two month and I still have not received anything. The promissed courtyard/mountain view meant looking into a 3m far-away wall, but since I needed the room to sleep over only, I did not mind that. I did not require and expect anything special, but I guess next time I'll rather choose a different place. I've stayed before in another hotel of the Premiere Classe chain in the area (it's no longer there) and it was much better. The price is among the lowest in the region but there are still better places to stay for a comparable price.
it was cheap..comfy bed and clean sheets
the smell, the smoke in the corridors, the smell in the bathroom, the general run down look of every part of the building
Easy to find lots of free parking, warm room with clean towel and bedding. Secure door on the second floor. Decent WiFi. Nearby a huge supermarket and fuel station.
No reception open, so had to ring a nearby hotel for booking in. Not a hot shower in the morning, tepid warmth. Was cheaper to stay in hotel opposite.
Cheap convenience for airport . Very good breakfast for price.Staff very welcome
Nothing really
Did not like the property it was unclean and not appropriate what we wanted it for
Bed bugs and very smelly shower
Regardless of all the bad ratings this place has, it served the purpose. We wanted a place to stay overnight after landing in Geneva at night and this location was nearby and comfortable enough to have a good night sleep for few ours. Rooms are just merely spacious enough for 2 people with one child. Friendly staff and they tried their best to make our stay comfortable.
Check-in process is bit confusing as the automated check-in machine in not working there. You have to visit there partner hotel which in around 500m away from the property. Vending machine in property didn't work and there was no place nearby to buy essential errands even water bottles. But hotel staff provided water bottles for free when we asked.
It as quiet, although the air con was on all the time, and created a steady background of the white noise
Duvet had (cigarette?) holes, toilet paper was yellow, we were woken up by a cleaning lady at 08:15, despite booking for 2 there was only 1 towel, some water underneath the bed, we found a pill behind the door. Uff!
Cheaper than other hotels. Good breakfast.
There was a small hole in the wall in my room. One morning for to hours there was no power in the hotel and nobody did anything until I went to the reception (which is in another hotel)
Someone use and go the room , they didn’t clean also they given to us same room , cigarettes smell and toilet smell very very bad
Whole property not maintain properly
The staff, the parking, the breakfast and the breakfast hours
Very dirty! I seriously considered finding another hotel. Starting from the corridor, the carpet is very dirty, the rooms have a musty smell, the bathroom is half broken. The walls and the heater next to the desk is extremely dirty. The mattress is terrible. The photos you see online are probably from 20 years ago.
