Staff were friendly and could speak English. Breakfast was great; local fresh foods with sufficiently many choices.

The design of the room, especially a bath room, is different from other hotels. Unfortunately in a bad way.

The hotel informed us that Uber was not coming to the hotel because of construction in the area. The hotel called a taxi for us and the taxi arrived quickly. But the next day, I set up an Uber ride and it came after 15 minutes or so. Then later, I checked my credit card and saw that the taxi ride changed from the day before was more than twice as much as the Uber ride. The hotel insisted that this was a normal charge by the taxi. I was not happy with the hotel for not alerting me to the excess charges the taxi service charged.

This hotel is in an industrial area with no nearby facilities. Unless you drive into Geneva, you're left with eating at the hotel's restaurant, which is mediocre.The twin-bed room is tiny compared to US standards, with no comfortable place to sit except on the bed.

The location and facility was mediocare, but staffs were super kind and helping!Our flight was delayed, but they sent us a shuffle, right at the arrival time, to pick us up and it was super helpful!

I email them and asked for guest card thinking it is located in Geneva but did not tell me the hotel is in France and i spent more in taxi than hotel. They should have told me they cannot issue guest card because they are in France. The name of hotel is very deceiving.

Quiet location at the edge of town, 40min walk to CERN, very comfortable beds and good food in the restaurant.Very easy to get into Geneva as well, public transport is top class.

The room is clean, and the double room has a lovely-sized bed that is very comfortable.

It was advertised on Booking.com that a free shuttle transfer from Geneva Airport was available; however, the front desk informed us that this service is not free and does not operate on weekends, which is misleading, I specifically chose to stay at this hotel because I wanted this service. Please update this information on the website.

The hotel offers free airport shuttles but didn't tell us that 1 the shuttle doesn't run before 7am on weekdays and 2 the shuttles doesn't run at all on weekends. I specifically booked this hotel for the shuttles, and when speaking to staff, they just said that they would call the manager, but we never heard from the manager. When we tried to order drinks through room service to our room, we were told that we had to go downstairs to order and collect even after our passports were checked at check-in... overall, I was very disappointed in the hotel and the amenities offered but not received

In my opinion, this is an excellent hotel close to Geneva. Tasty and nice breakfast.

Everything was ok. The bus stop is within 10-15 min of walk from hotel - the path could be in asphalt not rocky.

The hotel is inside a gated business park immediately off the motorway. I was travelling in a tall campervan that was unable to fit under the gate. I had to reverse up a slipway back onto the motorway which was very dangerous. The second entrance had a similar gate, but could at least be raised but took a while to get someone to raise it for me to get access. This was all quite stressful. I feel the hotel should make clear the entrance you should approach by for future visitors.

Mosquitos. The doors were open all the time resulting in me getting bitten while eating dinner. Also the air conditioning in the building wasn't coping with the heat, probably due to the open doors

Good, basic hotel close to CERN where I was visiting the next day. Easy car parking in front of hotel in secured courtyard. The on-site bar and restaurant was very good.

Room could have been a little cleaner, there were some grubby marks on the wall.

Where to start...? Rate for room was cheaper for the night when we arrived than when we pre-booked I asked whether we can get charge that as surely we shouldn't be punished for booking in advance? We were not able to... The room wasn't very clean, the floor had stains from coffee or something which could have been easily cleaned. Breakfast was an absolute appalling experience. No mugs for coffee, everyone waited for a good 10 minutes to get some more, food wasn't topped up quickly enough, and when they finally did top it up scrambled eggs were cold, and I don't mean they were standing there for too long cold, it's like they took it out of the fridge... Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and will never stay here ever again.
