Workers where very nice.

Hotel needs a lot of work my romm had stains lamp broken which caused a power outage… shower was stained. The pool tiles was falling apart even cut my wife’s foot… needs an update an repairs

Most of the hotel staff we encountered were friendly. Multiple things to do on the resort for those who don?t like to venture off the resort. The food at the beach was by far the best on the resort. The massages we received were great.

Room was dirty, smelled of mildew, obvious signs of water damage, furniture in the room had stains on it.(staff didn?t grant room change when requested). Constant harassment to buy something. Food subpar. Hotel a lot older in person than pics depict.

Amenities

For an all inclusive services like restaurants were only open during certain hours instead of all day. Also pool and outdoor entertainment closes too early at 6pm everyday.

Very few people went above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Hotel employee from the bar was so entertaining and fun, Francisco from dining was so patient and caring.

The men particularly had the worst attitudes when you didn¿t want to buy something from them specifically the on site vendors they roll their eyes and turn their backs like children lol.

I love the bathroom and that the shower were separate. The walk in shower was spacious. The beds were comfortable, since I am one with back problems. The water exercise classes were fun and something I looked forward to daily.

The drinks seem to have very little alcohol in them except for when your dining at one of the restaurants or sitting at the bar. We had to make the point we wanted alcohol in the drinks at the beginning of our trip.

Staff was amazing! hotel employee were all amazing and made our trip! The resort is beautiful and spacious and many activiites to enjoy and the food was delicous!

Lo mejor de este hotel es el lazy river y la barra que esta localizada en esta area.El personal en general fue muy amable en todas las areas sobre todo los bartendes.

Lo que no me gusto mucho fue el ambiente por la noche en el lobby debido a que no tenian musica bailable en vivo como merengue ,bachata.Solo tenian un Dj con musica americana la mayor parte del tiempo.

Possibly one of the worst all-inclusive resorts I have stayed at, despite paying extra for Diamond Club Took over an hour to get checked in, constant power outages, food was not the greatest, restaurant staff were not accommodating towards dietary needs.

I liked the location and the way the hotel is structured. I loved that you can walk from inside the rooms and not get wet from rain or avoid sun if you want to. The buffet in front of the beach has a fantastic view and the food quality is excellent.

I did not have a good experience the last day to check out. I called to get help with my luggage and nobody came. I waited for 30 minures or so and I had to carry the luggage myself to the lobby. There ahould be more staff for that.

The room

Royalton has no respect to it¿s guests and their services completely degraded. long wait to get into the buffet, Only small restaurant is open for lunch and diner. There is not enough food for everyone. Poor quality food and drinks. Same every day.

The staff was excellent especially the lady the work in the group she did excellent job the best was March 20 the Hotel employee did the decorations for ny birthday party.

Everything was good except the supervisor cleaned in building 18 the she didn¿t no how to speak to the customer .

Some staff were extremely exceptional were like family great friends. Nice beach nice room. Thank you for making it so very nice

The first room stunk. Like literally like wet dog. The door wouldn't work for key ours or the bell men. We had trouble changing rooms.second room was problematic it had electricity problems. No cart service ever. Food not dom rep

Layout and facilities. The staff were good fun.

The TV is where you get all the information about daily activities, how to use the facilities. Ours was broken and after 3 visits from the maintenance staff, we gave up. We stayed for 3 nights and missed out on 2 nights of speciality dining.

Luxury big room, convenient room key, comfortable bed, pillows, plenty of cushioned chairs at the beach, beautiful beach, nice facilities in general. Got it for good price

Italian restaurant is bad other restaurants are ok Buffet is so so. big lines of people all the time, it takes long time to get food. but it is probably in all the hotels now because of covid protocol. Very inconvenient.

Everything was great with the property, staff and food.

I didn't like that the ocean was rough and the water murky.
