Hotel Chalet Swiss

Pros +

• Very charming hotel with very clean rooms and excellent breakfast!
• Location was great, only a few minute walk to the train station. Staff were super friendly and gave us great recommendations for food and activities. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and the breakfast was exactly what we needed.
• This hotel has a wonderful feel to it, from the cute exterior to the homey dining area and the little bar. The staff are all very kind as well.

Cons -

• The walls might be a bit thin for light sleepers, though it depends on if you end up with noisy neighbors. But the hotel itself provides a pair of earplugs in the room (and probably additional pairs upon request) so it shouldn't be an actual problem.
• We had to pay additional 90 Swiss francs to accommodate our daughter compelling us to take a bigger family room. While making reservations- we strictly specified that we were two adults & one child age 13. Given this was non refundable booking we were
• There wasn't even cappuccino in breakfast. Receptionist in the morning is very rude and doesn't know how to talk to someone. They don't even provide an iron in the room and when asked for iron, we were told to wait for them to make arrangements.
