We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Grand Switzerland. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its excellent location, very close to Engelberg Train Station and Mount Titles, making it a convenient base for sightseeing and mountain activities.The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, suitable for families as well as couples. A standout feature is the common kitchen, which is very useful for guests who prefer to cook their own meals, especially for families or long stays. The kitchen was clean, organized, and adequately equipped.The surroundings are quiet and scenic, offering beautiful views of the Swiss landscape. The staff was helpful and welcoming, and check-in/check-out was smooth.Overall, Hotel Grand ,Engelberg Switzerland is a good value-for-money option for travelers looking for a comfortable stay near Mt. Titlis with the added convenience of a common kitchen. I would recommend it for families and travelers who appreciate a homely and practical stay in a great location.

Well-organized place with an app for most things (that actually works!), very good location, clean and friendly.

Sound isolation is minimal, like in most old buildings, so be prepared for some noise from rowdy teenagers after hours. The rooms aren't too warm, likely also due to the old construction. Finally, shared kitchens officially operate only from 07:30, which can be on the late side if you are aiming to hit the slopes early.

Clean and comfortable, close to the mountains, hiking trails, and the Via Ferrata. There’s free parking if you arrive early, and a good shared kitchen with great facilities for guests to use. the view is awsome as well

everything is so good, very close titlis, and clean, easy checking and checkout, everything is new and usable! shared kitchen is lot of things to cooking and cleaning! I really recommend this space in engelberg !!!

Facundo was excellent! He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and we'll attended. He is an asset to your organization. Keep him close to you and dont lose an employee like him with such kindness and people skills.

Wish we could have had some after hours service. If you have an issue, there is no staff to assist past 10 pm. Not a good practice if a guest runs out of toilet paper, for instance...

- the access system becomes highly impractical if you need to access the room more frequently or to share the key with others

Grand was a fantastic space. Our room and all the shared spaces felt clean and spacious.

We wished there had been at least one comfortable lounge space with a sofa or more comfortable indoor Chairs.

Clean with nice facilities, friendly staff and a great location.

The top bunk is difficult to get in and out of due to the fact that the ladder is off set and there is nothing to grab on to. The rungs on the ladder are also rounded which make it a little sketchy and hard on the feet. It made a big impact in the middle of the night, especially. I suggest adding a handle or two.

Located just across the street from Engelberg train and bus station. A short walk to Titlis cablecar. Very comfortable room. Shared kitchen was extremely well equipped. It had everything we could need. Short walk to supermarket.

If you have the car, definitely this place is a gem to stay near Titlis. Specially the kitchen facilities were excellent and we had the opportunity to meet many fantastic people there during our stay. Also from the window we were able to see white covered top of the alps. Alex asst manager was very helpful and provided the sufficient guidance during our stay.

Location was good, kitchen size was good. Room size was decent.

Price was steep ($300 per night). Very little amenities. Parking facility nonexistent.

Everything. They have cool decor, it is clean, the rooms are nice and the staff is helpful and friendly. The kitchen is fun to cook in and the common area fosters a nice community.

Took a while to learn how to use the app to access stuff but once you get it it’s all good.

We fell in love with this place . Absolutely beautiful, the kitchen area is gorgeous, clean and it has everything you need. The room was very clean and comfortable . It’s right across the street from the train station . When we had questions Facundo was very helpful and friendly. The view of the mountains is stunning and it’s very close to the grocery store too.

There isn’t a single thing I didn’t like .

No one came to clean the room 4 nights. And the bathroom is very small and messy

We had such a wonderful stay at the Grand - it is in an excellent location, beautifully clean and so many extra, well thought out details like the honesty bar, luggage storage and every utensil you could need to cook with. The views were breathtaking and would definitely stay again.

One really small detail - the shower curtains seemed dated in comparison to everything else within the Grand.

The kitchen is well managed, with a lovely view and superb location.

We love the clean kitchen and the fact that we can prepare our own meals. The staff are very helpful Especially Facundo and Cristiano. They are very kind and accommodating. All the staff are very good with their guests. Very clean and spacious. Highly recommended to any guest. Just across the train station, bus stop is just outside and very accessible to everything. We walked to the Titlis Cable car station.
