Hotel Central

The room was large and clean. The balcony had mountain views. The bathroom was very spacious. We went to their attached pub/bar and found it quite charming.

Breakfast was great.Staff were very helpful, when we arrived and found out that Ski beginner areas were closed in Engelberg, they helped us call near by resorts to check the situation there.Central location, close to train station and restaurants.

A bit far from Ski lift, in case you don't have a car its a bit of a long walk with the Ski equipment.

Perfect for a short ski weekend trip. Excellent location, nice and large rooms, friendly staff.Breakfast is basic but correct, the hotel also has an excellent Indian restaurant.Price was very reasonable for Swiss standards.

The sauna and the breakfast are perfect! The room was better than expected, its nicer than on the photos. Barely 10min walk from Titlis lifts

Parking a bit tricky

Hotel Central staff were very warm, professional and friendly. Breakfast was very good and the location in the center made things very easy.

I think the resort could do with a few more restaurant options in the evening otherwise wonderful.

Perfect location, room was very clean.

It was a little too warm in the room but we managed to open the window for the fresh air.

It’s a bit run down. There were bad stains on the carpet in my room. Other parts of the hotel looked worn.

Room was quite large which we liked. Location was super, 2 minutes walk from the train station and 2 minutes walk to the bus station which will directly take you to the ski lifts. Also quite close to the supermarket and restaurants.Indian restaurant was also nice, and not crazy expensive as most of the Swiss restaurants.Staff was friendly.balcony and the view was nice as well.

The matrass for the cot was super thin and very uncomfortable, so we had to take baby out of it. Our bad was also quite narrow, and not super comfortable. It was HOT, crazy HOT in the room. we tried to regulate the temperature, but did not really worked. so we ended up opening the door once in a while, but it was difficult while we were sleeping.they did not have neither electric kettle, nor coffee machine, no cups. It was very surprising for us, even in the very low budget hotels provide this basic amenities.

Great location, very nice family room, very cozy and warm. Decent breakfast.

Didn't like the mattresses, both nights we ended up with hurting backs ? which doesn't normally happen.Also we had to lift the stroller up to get inside, the ramp is there but too narrow to actually use.

We knew it already and came a second time, it is nice and Central and very comfortable…

There could be more variety to the breakfast and also something like a kids playroom
