Location is goodReceptionist was kind and helpful

I always expect to have in the bathroom shower cap and other small and helpful accessories There was none it is very basic

Clean quiet comfortable room

Breakfast limited. No option for coffee or tea outside of meal hours and at least a 10 minute walk to cafe.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds. There was a storage room inside the hotel for your skis and ski boots

With different style in corridoors and restaurant, you could make this great experience. Rooms were really nice and quiet.

Cleanlyness, infrastructure.

Toilet and shower in the mass sleeping room. Neighbor room was very noisy and partied all night long in the gangways.

Super friendly staff, great location for accessing Titlis, facilities in super good condition.

Dorms do feel a bit too crammed, and breakfast could be more varied.

Very clean, excellent location, heated ski boot rack.

No where to sit and relax, menu very limited in restaurant, lockers did not lock in bedroom, bunk beds pushed together so you sleep literally alongside a stranger. Breakfast selection was very limited but nice bread and big selection of cheese, breakfast staff very friendly.

Modern Hotel, clean and organized. Short walk in boots to Titlis gondola. Will come back for shure.

Great 6 bed dorms each with toilet and shower Landlady gave me some very helpful advice on how to get over the Jochpasse in the snow

Bit far to the Coop after a long day

Amazing! Arrived as they were closing and they were nice to accommodate me and even closed the kitchen a bit late so I can have dinner :*-). Shoutout out to the nice waiter and amazing chef who put together an amazing and best spinach tortellini and chicken pea soup in my life! Very professional and friendly, and super clean and upgraded facility. Located walking distance to Mount Titlis cable car. Parking available in front. Beds were comfortable and clean. Highly recommend!

Everything was wonderful :)

Concierge was all smiles, spoke several different languages. Parking was free, the room had a great view with a balcony, and there was a working TV.

Not much to dislike! Maybe the underwhelming breakfast, as there were tons of flies and a limited selection.

Dorm rooms are very cramped beds are too close together and side by side. Maybe good for students but grown up people does not fit.There is no lobby or longe area to relax eat your own food.Reception people are so so.. Dorm rooms should be cheaper to make it worth or there should be less beds

I like this place, for sure will go there again. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, the location was very good and, above all, a beautiful view from the window.

Breakfast could be a bit more to choose from.

New building, everything was very clean.

The bathroom was on the floor below the room, inconvenient.

No A/C in room but we know that is to be expected in Europe and it was quite comfortable and safe to leave the balcony door ajar for fresh air

The staff at the reception was great and very helpful as I travelled with my aged mother. I loved the location of the hotel and the amenities (Jacuzzi within the room). Great views from the balcony

The service of the restaurant was a bit laid back in the afternoon and there was a bit of miscommunication amongst the staff. We had to wait for long for our drinks to arrive. Apart from this incident, they are generally good.
