The staff was amazing.

The shower stall is not big enough for a 220 pound man to turn around in.

This small hotel feels very cosy, and the staff is very friendly. The location is excellent - near to the train station but very quiet.Very nice mountain view from the balcony.I specially enjoyed the kitchenette in the room.

The location was great - very close to the train station in Engelberg.

Staff were relatively friendly but generally unavailable. When we checked in we had to wait quite a while before someone showed up. When we checked out the desk wasn’t staffed at all, and we just put the key on the desk. When the desk was staffed, they couldn’t speak English which would have been understandable had she been willing to attempt to communicate. We were excited about the breakfast but due to it starting a lot later than expected, we didn’t get to enjoy it.

The hotel is in a very scenic town, and the room and the hotel were tidy and clean.

The staff is available only for limited hours, and after 5 p.m., there is no one to assist you if needed. Additionally, the hot bath requires a cash payment, so without cash, you may face inconvenience. Please also note that the single room does not have a balcony or a view, which is not mentioned on the website.

Well positioned for the Titlis ski lift and the station. The room was quiet and comfortable. Decent breakfast. Great value for money.

The hotel has a great location. A 2-3 minute walk to the train station, the ski bus stops outside the door, the breakfast is fantastic and the owner is himself a fully certified Swiss ski instructor.

Comfortable beds and great bathtub in the Hahnen suite. Quiet surroundings and great view. Breakfast is decent. Service was great.

A very friendly hotel, 10 minutes walk from the railway station. A typical Swiss hotel where you know you are in Switzerland - not a sanitised hotel chain. Lovely view over the mountains from our room with balcony. Breakfast was quite basic but good enough to start the day!

Great location, fantastic host, nice and cozy wellness room.

Breakfast was amazing! Room was clean and quite with a nice view, and location wise perfect, not in the rush of the city but yet closest to the cable car up to Titlis.

The only thing that I wasn't that happy about was that for some (unknown) reasons the restaurant was not functional.Otherwise, everything was just perfect. Especially the staff :)

Lovely location especially for ski season

Hard to sleep with the loud noise from the bar. For out of season was very expensive for the size. Host didn’t explain in English
