Buffet could have been well organised as we were left with not much for breakfast though they managed to provide something but was too late and didn't meet the expectations

Amazing attitude of both managers! Super nice, friendly and helpful! Overall views were spectacular because this hotel is on the other side as all the other hotels in this valley hence you have magnificent vies during the day and night :) Food amazing, service too. I can only say it has been great night :)

Beautiful decorated reception area and restaurant. All what is expected from a mountain town

The single rooms were way in the back and small. The lighting was not great. Paid parking was known ahead of time, however surprising that it's needed.

that it was near to the monestary and that WiFi worked, there was a bed and a shower that worked

hair dryer did not work, room and bed were very small, very dark, no elevator, expensive parking

It was very good , but when i book the child bed was free and why let me pay for it 10 CHF and car parking, i have been in this hotel for 3 time and first time i see this service , for real they informed me when i reached the hotel about the bed that i will pay , but the parking No , thank you

There were a lot of bugs under the drawers and in the bathroom.

Great staff, very comfy bed, great breakfast, fantastic views, very quiet, good location for cable cars and walking/hiking.

Groups were often noisy and poorly behaved, especially by wasting enormous amounts of food from the breakfast buffet, but that was not the hotel's fault. When they were gone, it was fabulous.

Quiet and away from the noise of the town. Very nice (private) spa area.

For being a hotel in the Swiss mountains we missed alpine cheese at breakfast in the morning. The selection is rather limited.

Helpful and friendly staff. Location right by the bus stop and train station. Excellent Restaurant.

I do not understand why there is not any vegetables on the breakfast?? Please fix it… the price for overnight is already high, you can afford some vegetables too :)

If you use the bathroom a loud noise ventilation is starting also, What gives that if you go at night for a short toilet that everyone will wake up because it took 15 minutes after you left that the ventilation only stop. Also during day it is loud enough outside bathroom. Lockers are there but skiboots heating was not working. We and other visitors mentioned but it did not change.2 days in the middle of the week of ski season no shuttle activity. You can take car but you already pay daily parking separate for hotel and then extra for the ski parking. You can take own car or you walk a long way down with skis and shoes and bus connection halfway from there is really not ideal from that area. Same for walking to ski area. You can take a backpack with ski boots to go walking and take shoes for hiking but then you have to ski all day with your shoes in backpack.Not a disaster but price/confort worth mentioning.

Lovely food with stunning views

The selection was too little as having to eat the same breakfast everyday for one week got tiring.

We had an issue regarding our half board booking when we ate in the restaurant. This was raised when we checked out but was resolved by the manager in a very reasonable way.

The general areas are superb, however the room wasn’t as good as the rest of the hotel. It was clean and comfortable, just aesthetically the room was quite different. Saying that I would stay again.

The Lobby, Skiroom and the Restaurant where very nice. There was enough parkingspace and the personal was helpful and friendly. The room was good heated. It was not far from the village when you are in good shape.

The single room was clean, but older and very simple. The bathroom very tiny (the sink way too small). It was very noisy, isolation between the rooms or the outside was poor. Because the hotel is further away, the night was quit.

The staff were fantastic, very welcoming, professional, and information. They were happy to help with anything. On site parking and storage and drying facilities for winter gear were great. Room featured everything required and the included balcony was a nice surprise.

Very nice hotel with a great view of the city and the mountains. Family friendly hotel with good sized rooms. There is also a ski locker room. It is within walking distance to the city center, around 8-10 mins however since it is higher on the mountain, the return walk is a bit harder. Definitely recommended.

Breakfast choices could have been better. And some rooms were renovated and some rooms were older.

The location and views are spectacular. The staff is very friendly and always making sure you have everything you need.
