Hôtel Provence

It was a very nice hotel located right in the middle of town close to restaurants. We were there visiting the Rhone American military Cemetery which was 5 minutes down the road. Our host at the front desk was awesome. She did a great job. Everything was good.

Breakfast room a bit dark (no windows)

The location is excellent, in the middle of town. The breakfast is good - fresh fruit aswell as hot food.

Air conditioning, very comfortable beds, good location, solid breakfast, quiet, non stop reception, good curtains.

Strange design of hotel and rooms, bit less clean.

The rooms were quite spacious. The shower is separate from the toilet. The beds are quite comfortable.

Cleaning could be better. The furniture is a mixture of new and old, which makes the smell quite strange. The hotel offers you a parking space for a fee (€9), but it is not safe. Our car was badly scratched. The person whose car was parked next to us slammed her door into our car. The parking space next to it belonged to the hotel.

Great central location. Very nice and friendly staff. I liked the room and the breakfast too. Fair price.

The staff were so friendly and helpful!Not really a tourist type of premises but it provided for a comfortable overnight stay.

It seemed a bit tired and in need of a refresh.

The location is good, easy to park the car, breakfast is very good.

Tired facilities, but comfortable…

The town is not great, property located in ok area

1.The location is amazing at the heart of Draguignan and close to some shops and restaurants.2. The breakfast was good (tea, coffee, croissant, pain au chocolat, canned juices, banana, yogurt and boiled eggs) but very limited options (no omelette or scrambled eggs, no fresh veggies , no fresh juices)

1. The hotel is very old and the money paid for the stay wasn't worth it. 2. The AC in the room wasn't cooling well3.There was maintenance works and big noise while my father was napping. Two cockroaches found in the washroom4.Very old furnishing. Carpet made of rubber5.Bad smell inside the room. I had to buy air freshener 6. First room given was very dusty and smelly, then moved to another room, which was in the same condition. We asked them to wipe the dust and refresh the room.7. One of the cleaners opened the door of our room without knocking or asking if someone is inside. She wanted to check the minibar. No apologies were extended to us when she saw us inside the room. She insisted that she knocked (the room is too small, no way to not hear the knocking)8. None of the staff was wearing uniform or name tag. Can't differentiate guests from employees 9. All TV channels were French. No international channel.10. Water was leaking out of the shower area when taking shower. There is no door to close the shower area

Expensive for what is just a normal hotel room wtth bathroom. The included breakfast is again a fairly standard offering.. Nothing bad but nothing out of the ordinary

Central location with private underground parking

The room was smelly and there was a cockroach! When we’ve asked for another room, it was the same. The whole hotel and room looked tired and needs refurbishment, stains on floor, lamps, walls, cracked mirror in the bathroom. It was not possible for us to go to another hotel as we’ve checked in very late and everything was closed. Can’t recommend

Great view at the church and the historical part of the city.Very friendly staff

Disappointed that the electric car charging station did not have a suitable adapter.

Have stayed here before, a bit dated room but ok . Big plus private parking for a 12 € day Nice.

Noise

. Breakfast was good. Room was rather spacious with a door separating room’s entrance with the rest of the room. Bathtub . Underground parking connected to hotel

. Heavy cigarette smell in property . Room not very clean. Old mattress . Cold atmosphere of common area

Central . The staff were very helpful

The room smelt of stale smoke. I had a booking in, issue which took a month to rectify . I had to pay extra for the car park.
