Mercure Cavaillon

The lobby area felt modern and clean - as with the outside dining area of the restaurant. The breakfast was very good / plenty of fresh produce.

Felt the room was a little tired and maybe needed an update and the carpets looked dirty. It wasn’t probably to the standard I would have thought with Mercure.

They have a filtered water fountain which is really great. Breakfast was wonderful and facilities and room were very clean. Staff friendly.

The tub was old and deep. I would have preferred a walk in shower. It was hard to get in and hour of the tub. Hot water was slow. The pool water was very cold. Not enough staff in restaurant.

NO TV CHANNEL IN ENGLISH - OR ANY LANGUAGE OTHER THAN FRENCH AND A CHINESE STATE SPONSORED CHANNEL!IT IS A CHALLENGE FOR OLD PEOPLE TO TAKE A SHOWER IN A BATH TUB!

This was our second time staying in the hotel, comfortable family apartment, great breakfast, playing facilities for the kids, friendly staff.

Needs more staff. Bar unmanned at 6pm. Everything done for the lowest price - one small carton of water and no milk/normal tea in the room.

Good if you are on the road and just need a motel.

The beds are the worst beds I have experienced in my life. Plastic linen (or something that felt like plastic) let me sweat like hell. The building looks odd from out and inside and reminds me on a motel.

the fact the restraunt wasn’t open at 9pm - or the fact the bar food alternative was nothing short of disgusting and uneatable in its jars! - I wouldn’t feed it to a dog . never experienced such bad food ever!

Very nice comfortable room, which we enjoyed. Great facilities inside the room, very nice and friendly staff. We know little French, but all were very helpful and English worked fine. We arrived very late, but they still managed room service at nearly midnight, thank you! Breakfast buffet was also very nice, try the locally produced marmelade!

Reception staff were EXCELLENT, especially the supervisor blonde lady.Waitress staff also very very good customer service.Free use of the tennis court, rackets and balls. Court is basic but provided me with a little workout

Restaurant menu was the same for duration of our stay.Swimming pool was new, so the landscaping was yet to be completed.Excess tree "blossom" got everywhere!
