The location at the center of Rapallo.Nice reception staff and the breakfast was decent.

The hotel itself is located on the fifth floor of a residential building. The building itself was very old and poorly maintained.There was no parking nearby, and we had to pay extra for parking overnight.Overall, the hotel is on part of one floor only and there is no reception area persay, it was just a desk.There were a lot of mosquitos with no mosquito repellent provided.

Location and safety. Clean.

Small room. Bad breakfast. No air conditioning remote control. No places to stay in the hotel like in the reception or something. Not a fair value for money equation.

We loved the simple comfort of the hotel. Not fancy but we had all we needed. Location in the old centre is perfect if, like us, you’re travelling by train. There is a lift and the breakfast included in the price was generous. Our host was delightful and very helpful when we wanted to stay an extra night.

Claudio and the team at the hotel were really helpful and cordial. The location is perfect to visit the town. The rooms are humble but really clean. My favourite part was the delicious and abundant breakfast with the spending view of the city centre. Thanks Claudio!

Nice location,near the beach and restaurants.

Problem with parking, streets were fully parked,there was no empty space.Too overpriced,for an old hotel like this.

The location is perfect, the train station, the bus station and the beach are very very close, a few minutes walk. The staff was very kind and helpful, we could leave the package there after checking out. The breakfast was very good, fresh and delicious.

The floor was not cleaned properly, but the sheets, towels were super clean.

Location was nice.

The fridge in our room didn't work for our whole stay. In 36+ degree heat, we were unable to have cold bevarages. The door to our room did not lock, the room was advertised as having a private bathroom but was able to be accessed by another room. The cleaners would turn our Aircon off meaning we would come back to an extremely hot room.At one point we came back to our room in the afternoon and the cleaner had left our door wide open.

A little bit tricky to find but the location was excellent for the town and transport. Room was clean and quiet.

Hot drink facility in the room would have been welcome.

Great location, lots of natural light in the apartment, and the staff were great. The front desk was very helpful, friendly, and very accommodating. They also stored our luggage for us, which was very helpful. The area was walking distance from the train, ferry, and all the stores and restaurants in the area.

Up on the 5th floor so be prepared to use the small elevator or take the stairs.

This is just a few rooms on the 5th floor of a building not a purpose built hotel. But it is absolutely fine.

The refurbished room was lovely.The offsite manager tried to be helpful with our room and key problems.

Major problems with the keys! Several times we were unable to get in the room and needed to have another tenant let us in OR we called the manager who is off site. He brought new keys and they didn't work either....very inconvenient. Strong smells from the room fresheners and/or cleaning products. We had an allergic reaction to them.

The lokation was exelent. The staff friendly. The breakfast was very good and the view from the breakfastroom was very beautiful and enjoyable.

The aircondition did not function well. The staff shut the AC in the morning while cleaning the room. When you arrived in the afternoon the temperature was 35 degrees and did not be normal in the whole evening.

Central location, breakfast was available at the hotel but we didn't have it. They stored our luggage for a while.

The hotel was on the 5th floor of an apartment block in a shopping mall type building. The rooms were quite old fashioned and had minimal natural light as the windows were not looking to the outside of the building, but rather an inside empty space. We had to have the lights on all the time. Parts of the room were quite worn and there was an ant station in the corner- we did see about 6/7 ants in the bathroom and the room. It was fine to stay there, but overpriced for what we got and wouldn't stay again.
