Rosabianca Boutique Hotel

Absolutely loved this hotel and our room only there for two nights, but could have stayed a lot more. Great location to everything you want to see including the fairies that will take you into other towns. Our hotel had three balconies, which was quite a treat.The breakfast was wonderful and would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Rapallo with its beautiful views and wonderful staff

The restaurant downstairs turned out to be very pricey and would not recommend that without knowing what you’re getting into other than that everyone was great

Lovely boutique hotel with super friendly staff. Offered us welcome drinks & snacks when we arrived which was much appreciated as we were tired from our trip. They breakfast was delicious and we ate dinner at their restaurant, which was also delicious. The hotel is across the street from the beach and a 5 minute walk from the train station.

Nothing, we loved it!

Breakfast was good. Location was excellent. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. The ferry was very close no more than a 3 minute walk. Everyday we used the ferry to go to places like Protofino.

Unfortunately they did not have parking. But Francesco, who worked the desk, was able to get a parking spot nearby and gave us a sign to display so we did not have to pay for parking.

Our room was very comfortable and well-appointed with stocked non-alcoholic Beverages in the mini-fridge. We were greeted with drinks and aperitifs in their exceptional restaurant. The staff was so kind and helpful. Great proximity to shopping, restaurants, the ferry, and the train station. We will definitely return.

We loved everything about this property

Hotel Rapallo staff made every effort to please us. All staff we met were very friendly. The view from our room was gorgeous. The day when we reach the hotel, we felt were welcomed by inviting us to their bar, with drink and delicious Italian pastries. We arrived hotel a little early, so they gladly allowed us to deposit our luggage in their storage, so we can be free when going to Portofinal and Santa Margarita. The room were very clean, even though not very large. Looking out of windows, it was extremely beautiful. We enjoyed our stay very much, and if we go back next time, this will still be our first choice to stay.

Only one person doing checkin and showing around hotel. It was a Bit slow.

Loved this amazing boutique hotel. Great location, clean, comfortable, but most of all loved the staff. They are so customer service focused it made the entire experience next level!!!!

Not the hotels fault, but the town is hopping so the noise level is high, at least on the weekends.

checking in the staff was excellent. rooms were great, bedding great. Hotel organized a last minute boat tour that was amazing! Location is awesome, great walking to shops and bars. overall I will go there again.

the restaurant Il Salotto was a disappointment. It has a Michelin sign up so I expected excellent treatment. I know the chef, Lucca, was not there that night but still , the food was fine but the service was not. After waiting 20 mins for someone to come back to the table to see if we needed anything, I got up went to the bar and asked if someone could come as I wanted to order more wine. I did relay this to the evening manager and they were appreciative for the feedback and said they would inform Chef.

Great location, junior suite was very good, hotel restaurant was excellent and staff were very friendly and super helpful.

The bathroom was poorly finished and nowhere near the standard of the rest of the room.

Had a wonderful time. We took the apartment on the 5th floor which was full Seaview and big terrace. Apartment decoration and furnisher is amazing, Staff, Breakfast. Everything was amazing.

Premium location, clean big room, comfortable beds, friendly and polite staff. We even found some complimentary drinks and fruits in our room which was nice addition. Definitely recommend.

Could be a bit noisy as it is located on the main boulevard, a little bit better soundproof windows could be better

it was unfortunate that the kitchen was closed due to unforeseen circumstances. however the breakfast and bar was a pleasure.

Breakfast was good. The croissant was very good. The place was small but cozy and in good location.

The elevator was out of order. However, the staff helped to transfer baggage to the rooms. That was good.
