Very nice stuff, clean hotel, good location. Store just across the street, rail station and bus station close. Easy access to everything.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to the center, an easy walk to restaurants and the harbor.

The decor inside the rooms could use a bit of an update to make it that little bit more comfortable. Complimentary coffee in the room would be a nice addition.

Bed was quite firm and pillows were very flat! Our room was next to a busy street and it was loud but did quite down a little at night.

The location was perfect! Great staff, we could park the car in a garage around the corner...5min walk to the see and have a lovely cappuccino for almost free! We loved it!!

The lovely top floor where one can take sun and have a magnificent view of the harbor and yachts. Convenient to everything.

Staff was very helpful and showed us how to get to places. They have website with links to everything you may need to have. Garage for parking was good

A bit outdated, but in perfect condition and clean-still a 10! Hairdryer was not so good.

Location is very good, you can take the bus to Santa Margherita very close. Room was clean. Hotel has a terrace with a view perfect for chillin.

Ideal location near to train & boat trips. Lovely sun terrace with great views. Staff were very friendly & helpful. The private garage was a positive addition.

The shower was over the bath & it was a concern for us as we are mature guests. Also there was a small step into the bathroom from the bedroom which was a possible trip hazard.

The location is so perfect. Close to the station, the front with the restaurants and the beaches. Supermarket right across the road with excellent prices. And the staff were really lovely and let me keep my luggage after checkout until my early evening train.

A little dated and the walls were quite thin so could hear people talking in the hallway quite clearly. But if you have ear plugs it’s fine !

Helpful staff. Very central location, close to supermarket and marina. Parking is very tricky in Rapallo but hotel provides temporary permits for the guests which is very helpful in crowded Rapallo streets.

Not much to complain considering what is promised by this hotel. Maybe the beds are a bit too hard.

Great location, short walk to the waterfront, restaurants, and close to the supermarket. The room had a nice big cupboard for storage, a mini fridge, tv, and the bathroom was a good size. Every day the bed gets made, and new towels are provided which is lovely. The staff were very helpful and provided information about the town.

Highly recommended hotel in Rapallo. It is very clean, with easy access to public transport, and the staff is friendly.

Very friendly staff, especially the wonderful lady at the front desk, who gave me a lot of information about the beautiful town of Rapallo. It is very close to the train station and the ferry boat to surrounding towns.
