Hotel Miro'

The location was perfect for us, it was clean, comfortable and we would stay again there. Lucca, who works the front desk was helpful with dinner suggestions and very friendly. We had a problem with the electricity the 2nd night but owner is going to compensate us for our troubles.

Location is great but facilities are old and need maintenance and renewal. Clean towels and sheets.

A renovation would be great.

The location was good, the hotel was quiet, while the room was clean, the hotel is dated and could use a facelift.

Hair dryer didn't work but was replaced after 2 requests.The shower head couldn't be adjusted without falling down. Inconvenient but could shower.

Right on the beachfront. Small and personal feel. The staff were very friendly.Great location and views.Breakfast had everything we could have wanted for only €5 per person.

Pillows were flat, there was only one thin blanket - it would have been cozier to have another one, but we were fine.Parking was a bit tough to find but we finally found a parking area not far away.

The photos posted on the website do not match up with the hotel. Our bathroom was not like the photos posted the breakfast buffet is not at all like the pictures and the keys are not old fashioned keys, we felt we’d been duped. There was a loud ventilator type noise all night so it was hard to get a good nights rest. Also the ses view only comes after the view of the restaurant roof.

The location is great, the staff is very kind, and the room facing the sea is beautiful and very clean when we arrived. The hotel is facing the shore, I recommend it during off-season period as well as the summer.

The rooms might be a little noisy if the hotel is crowded or if there are some festivities outside. Especially on the first floor. The walls between the rooms are not sound proof.

The staff were amazing. Helpful and informative. The bed was large and very comfortable. My room had fabulous views of the harbour and was air-conditioned for hot days.

There wasnt much choice for TV or in room movies but it didn't matter with such a central and lovely location.

Staff were very helpful, great Japanese food restaurant and location was the best and free croissants amazingly delicious! Thank you

Outdated carpets in the hall

Really liked the Art Deco style of the room with wood paneling and mirrors. Very comfortable bed and extra pillows were available. Best of all was its location right in the heart of Rapallo. Convenient to all restaurants, shopping, beach, and ferries. AC was fantastic during a heat wave and they always gave us water bottles when we asked for some.

Good Wifi, but sometimes couldnt get strong enough signal to work in the room. If I went in the hallway, it was fine. But still loved the hotel!!

Great location right in the esplanade where all the food and restaurants were and behind is lots of other restaurant and shops . No noise despite being there love the aircon as well. Parking in street in front was great no limit just paid for 2 days. Waterfront.

The staff is quite friendly and helpful. The location is central and pretty lively with tons of tourists, so you better close the windows. There is an A/C. The beds are very comfortable. Overall, the rooms are nice and clean.

The beach is right across the street, however, the water was filthy, so we had to take a car to go to another places. In one of the rooms, the water did not come out of the shower. In another room, the hangs for the towels were broken.

Good location, friendly personnel.good breakfast places round the corner and easy access to ferry as it was just on pear. Walking distance from railway.

As its older place the carpet makes it always bit unclean feeling. Rooms small even bed was great.Water time to time brown so need to let it flow bit before to wash hands etc.

Extremely well located amongst all the restaurants. Rapallo was our favourite location on the coast. Helpful staff

Great location, but owing to ZSL limitations, has to park quite far 800m away, but free with hotel’s special permit.Language barrier but staff are very nice.

Interior decor is very out-dated, but not of historical feel, just simply old…particularly carpets in public area are not clean…poor look at reception.

The location is supurb, and was value for money in this aspect, although it was a small beach front room, It was clean and basic. No noise from the front when the windows were closed.

The €6 breakfast pp was not worth it in our view. We much prefered the cafe/bakery next door for fresh, elaborate pastries ? The seating area was in the foyer and a little intrusive.

Central location was fantastic. Room was quiet despite being on esplanade. Beds were very comfortable.

Property needs a freshen up. Our room was extremely compact. The public area/foyer could do either updating.

Location was great. Wonderful view from my room. Helpful staff. Comfortable bed.
