Europa Hotel Design Spa 1877

The room was clean and modern, the lobby was welcoming and the front desk persons very professional and friendly. The breakfast was very nice. Good location in Rapallo for ferry to Portofino

The bed essentially consumed the room and there was very little daylight. Although there was a spa it was very unwelcoming and they wouldn't let us bring our 8 year old.

The rooms were very nice and comfortable, staff was very friendly and the restaurant was very convenient. The food was also very good!

The property was well dated and staff were very helpful. Breakfast was included and the dining area was well maintained.

For a wellness spa hotel, there spa hours are within a short window. I was hoping to utilize the facilities and amenities offered, however, they were only open for 3 hours in the day which for a one night stay didn’t work with our schedule.

Staff was very polite.

Cannot control heating in the room. Staff suggested to open the windows. So it was really noisy during the night.

Location, clean and comfortable beds. Underground parking.

Poor selection for breakfast

The hotel was beautiful and in a great location. It was very clean. Our room was big with a lovely view of the bay. The breakfast had a good variety, and as a vegan, I found plenty of options.

Breakfast:good quality. Missed only lacto free products. Good variety of bread and fruits

Would have been great to be able to book the secure parking in advance. Breakfast is very good but order coffee from the bar to get a good one. Lifts feel very old.

Very good location, the staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast was tasty (not so many options but quality food).

The spa was quite tiny and I found the fee of it a bit high compared to what it is offering

The room was very spacious and the personel was very friendly and tried to comply with every demand we made.Especialy Michele in Plinio Riviera restaurant. He made our stay great with his friendliness and attention.

We stayed in room 415, and though there was good internet signal in all the hotel places we did not have any in the room.They promised to look into the matter and try to fix it.

Location is the best, historical place

Paid parking, construction around the hotel make the sleeping so difficult

Good location, walk to station and ferry terminal and town. Nice restaurant, good staff. Very pleasant to sit outside in terrace garden to enjoy drinks and meals.

A bit noisy. Next to train line , and unfortunately some road works in front of property.

Hotel is nice and Looks Beautiful. Room is comfortable and clean.

There is a big construction side direct in front of the hotel. The climate inside the room is Not working so we had to sleep with Open Windows. They were working on the construction side through the whole night. It was Not possible to sleep. The breakfast was like in a 2 Star Hotel. Personal was Not very friendly.

The town

The hotel staff lied to me about the ac not working. One told me there was a fault and then the other told me it only gets turned on after a certain time of year. I suffered with multiple mosquito bites during to no ac and left feeling very uncomfortable

everything is very clean, good food, very close to restaurants, means of transport and the beach

it's not necessarily related to the hotel, it was a bit noisy, there was a construction site in front of the hotel.

Nice hotel with great location. Dog friendly. Lovely to have breakfast on the terrance. We had dinner one evening and both food and service was very good. One of the best restaurants in Rapallo.

Position of hotel in centre of town and near sea. Nicely done up with tables outside if weather had been good enough.Room standard good.

Road works right beside hotel. Awkward to access the hotel.

A kettle and cups in our room! Had to ask for hot water for tea - this was provided willingly.Coffee machine at breakfast not great, but we could ask staff for cappucinos from the bar, which was fine. All the staff were unfailingly helpful.
