Pros +
- The best thing this hotel has is their pool and beach area. It's very relaxing and you can easily spend several hours their.
- Fabulous hotel with gorgeous views.
- We loved the beach club.
Cons -
- Hallways and rooms have strong scent which is the first thing you will experience when you get off the elevator. The carpets look weather so the scent might be hiding the carpets odor. The hotel is poorly maintained and is not 5 stars more like 3-4 stars.
- Super super small room.
- Dogs were allowed in the dining areas. This is both unhygienic and unnecessary.

Fabulous hotel with gorgeous views.
We loved the beach club.
Beautiful and clean hotel. Wonderful view and easy access via a short walk to the town. Nice staff.
Super super small room.
Beautiful seaside luxury hotel. Amazing staff and service. Incredible sea views from our room. Truly a first-class experience.
Dogs were allowed in the dining areas. This is both unhygienic and unnecessary.
Excellent service, beautiful views, comfortable bed, AMAZING breakfasts (with prosecco)
A steep climb to get back from the nearby town (but the views made up for it).
The whole front desk staff was amazing! It was our 40th anniversary and they went over and above to make it special! We had the best time. The room , the gifts, everything was greatly appreciated. We will tell all of family and friends. Thank you
The rooms are big and the view is beautiful the breakfast was fantastic and the service was excellent!
The Hotel is very classy old style Italian so it has a charm but also can feel a bit old
Was fabulous view I had junior suit facing the sea , and another room facing the other side but I was upgraded for my second room to face the Sea ?.
Breakfast varieties were below average !The Bread was not good at all . It is almost the same breakfast i had in this hotel 2 years ago ?.
Beach, beautiful property and the history.
Need to work on the breakfast
The location is perfect for walking to downtown Rapallo and the coastal view from our room was spectacular. The pool area is gorgeous and the entire property is flawless.
No complaints.
View. Food. Good mattress.
- There was an unpleasent odour in the bathroom.- The air conditioner has unexpectedly turned on automatically at full power many times, despite the fact that it was turned off manually! The staff couldn't do anything to help. We had to turn off the electricity in the room completely to turn off the annoying air conditioner. - There was a long line at the front desk during check-in time. There were too many people in the lobby.- It was very dark in the room in the evening.
The staff on arrival were great, the room was very nice and the breakfast was excellent. Well worth staying.
Breakfast is the best !!Swimming pool is unique . Staff are very supportive.
Change the opening hour of the pool . 10am is too late . Better to swim and then have breakfast .
Very comfortable and cosy hotel, with beautiful views, friendly staff
Breakfast was delicious and great views
My brother's room lost air-conditioning the first night but the hotel moved him
Amazing accommodation, an hour from Cinque Terre and Genova. The view from our balcony was absolutely stunning.
We couldn't fault it!
Beautiful building and surroundings with small but comfortable rooms offering great views. Staff attentive, gym excellent as was the breakfast.
We stayed here for two nights as the last stop on our honeymoon and were blow away upon arrival. We had high expectations given the online photos and location but were swept off our feet. We originally had booked a standard room but Giacomo and team upgraded us to their best room at no additional charge. The room was AMAZING. We never left the hotel, the experience was that luxurious. We will absolutely be back in the future!
I really like the room, the terrace as well and the view from the terrace. Overall it was a fantastic hotel with a magnificent style.
What I didn't like is the fact that I had any notification about the closing of the pool and spa area on the days of our stay. I didn't even get this notification from the reception at the time of check-in, but we were simply notified by the person who accompanied us to the room. If I book(2 rooms) in a 5* hotel in February with indoor pool, with a certain price, I expect to use it , especially during week days in the afternoon when there is not much to do in the area.If I had the information I would have made a different choice, especially for my daughter. This doesn't seem correct at all from the hotel. I didn't do it a big deal at the reception not to lower the mood of the group but honestly seems intolerable.
