Outstanding location. Stayed in newly renovated room spotless. Breakfast good choices and very good quality of food. Staff helpful and friendly

We enjoyed the hotel and the amenities. Were able to park which was great for an extra fee and they allowed our small dog. Bfast was wonderful. We had a small issue with an item in the room that they promptly moved us to another room which was wonderful. It's a fun and busy area and lots to do.

Location, location, location! Not only was the location accessible to the beach, boats and to the rest of the Italian Riviera, the hotel staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating and approaachable. Our bed was so comfortable we both slept 7 hours straight each of the 3 nights we stayed. Our room was kept immaculate, and the breakfast buffet was full of variety, including fresh fruit and locally baked goods.

Staff were fantastic. Great location. Ocean front. Spacious room.

Need renovation. New beds. Parking is a challenge.

It’s an old world hotel modernized with regard to the infrastructure and the lobby. The owner is a motorcyclist and has a magnificent absolutely gleaming Harley Davidson, motorcycle in one part of the lobby and a beautiful iconic Vespa motor scooter in another. He also has on display a 19 century meat and cheese slicer with a great big flywheel and a brass knob that you rotate to Cut the meat and the cheese and it’s completely and utterly restored. It looks better than the day it was made. The breakfast are magnificent, including smoked salmon and real scrambled eggs! The location is right in the heart of the waterfront and absolutely anything you want to do is right there. It’s like staying at the Ritz. Only $1500 a night cheaper! I hated to leave. It’s a wonderful hotel and a wonderful city.

There is nothing I did not like about the place.

Some of front staff was exceptional. Others seemed not interested. Location was close to ferries.

A lot of Nats on breakfast buffet. Smoking on porches floated into other rooms.

Great location directly across from the harbor and within walking distance of the beach promenade, plenty of restaurants, and beautiful scenery. The staff was more than accommodating and very helpful with securing transportation if needed, ferry tickets if needed, etc. Breakfast was also abundant.

The property has the perfect location and private safe parking. There is also a wallet service which is very convenient. An additional thanks I want to say for our welcoming host - Elina. She did a great job, very helpful and kind, was a pleasure staking there and will be back for sure!

The staff were so accommodating and pleasant to communicate with. It was a perfect location with gorgeous view of the sea. Great location for restaurants and shopping as well.

Excellent hotel to stay, location is great, everything is clean, very friendly stuff. Elina was very nice, friendly and took care of all our requests. We also got even a better room with sea view, it was all very nice. Breakfast was amazing as well.

Everything. Our room had a sea view, wonderful. The building is a historic one in early 20th century which has been renovated beautifully. Rooms are specious and clean and the bathroom was very big with a amazing shower. Breakfast is perfect. Quality, quantity, variety. Extra bonus an aromatique water.

The breakfast could use some improvement in quality and staff

Me and my three adult daughters stayed there during Christmas holiday. We visisted Portofino, Santa Margherita Ligure and Rapallo during our 2-night stay. It is a small and classy hotel right in Rapallo's city center and close to the beach. Old time elegance is so charming but of course then the drawback is that walls and doors are not that thick to avoid some noise coming from the other rooms and corridor. The reception stuff was extraordnialy nice. We were mainly served by two ladies (the other one was Elena) and they were always so nice and accomodating. There was no space for parking in front of the hotel, but it was never an issue. We left our luggage on the front door and when we wanted to leave, our car was always waiting in the same place, so kind of a valet parking, which worked so well! Of course, the place itself, Rapallo sure is definitely worth to stay for 1-2 days!
