Perfect location for me, close to friends I was visiting. The breakfast was scrumptious, considering there were only 3 people that morning, the food was fresh and abondant, great coffee, a good selection of savory and sweet options.

The room was a bit cold.

everything was great. extremely clean rooms and toilets. very spacious. 8 mins walk from the train station. 5 mins walk from beachfront. supermarkets around. very calm neighbourhood.just keep in mind that sometimes at night no one is in the lobby so ask for the main door key at checkin.

This hotel has wonderful location where we are easily reach the train station, city center and a lot of attraction sites. The staff is so nice and helpful. The breakfast is very nice. The room is clean, warm, quite and comfortable. The WiFi works also very well. If we visit Rapallo next time, we like to stay in this nice hotel again.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull with us, the breakfast was very tasty and lot of variety, în the last day we had to departe very early and the staff prepared take away food package that was lovely, we fully recomand.

The hospitality of the staff, breakfast was generous for Italy.

The location of the hotel is beside ambulance station with no parking, the size of the rooms are very small, matrases are firm, water pressure in the shower is very low!

Perfect little hotel with everything we needed.5 minute walk from the centre of Rapallo and 10 minutes to the beach. Room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was a small selection but had everything we needed.

Location is great! Close to the train station and close to the main interest areas! Staff was super friendly and very helpful! Breakfast was great! Not a huge variety but for Italy it is a lot(in other hotels fancier than this we got a coffee and a biscuit)!The room size was good and although we found that soundproofing is not the best we did not have a huge amount of noise passing through the walls. Overall a great experience! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The doors of our shower were broken. We didn't notice it, and we had water in our bathroom.

Everything about the room was perfect. There was a small comfortable single bed and a very clean bathroom with everything you needed.

The only problem in the bathroom was that the shower handle was a bit loose. And the price of the room could've been slightly cheaper considering the location.

Everything was great! The authentic receptionist made us feel welcome, checked us in and showed us to our room. The linen was clean and neatly laid out. Breakfast is simple, but everything is fresh and tasty. We were very pleased that the hotel maintains a high level of service during the low season.

Lovely hotel at in a lovely small town, near the beach and from a short walk from the train station. Fantastic staff and hospitality, spotless clean, offering great breakfast and any support you require (recommending restaurants or offering help to store luggage until our train was departing to Milan.)

Would welcome a kettle for a quick tea or coffee in the room. Might be busy in peak season - both the street and neighbor rooms. (Not a problem in quieter periods)
