I love this hotel. Everything is clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is amazing just 2 minutes walk from the sea. I can’t wait to stay here again.

The lift was very tight and strong odour of humidity

The location was great, near train station, in the center of the city, a lot of restaurants, supermarket, boat to Portofino. good view from the balcony, the room was big and was cleaned every day.

the toilets was broken, they are trying to fix it but didn.t succeed. I Littel bit noise during the nights

Staff was so friendly and lovely, rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious, location was very close to trainstation which made it so easy to access santa margherita and portofino from there.

There was no wifi during my stay and no air conditioner in a room that gets all the sun from window and from the ceiling, it was imposible to sit in the room at certain times of the day because of the heat

Great location in the center of Rapallo, close to public beach, train station, ferry terminal, restaurants, supermarket... Rooms are renovated and have bathrooms are a bit older, but functional (at least 2 showers and 4 toilets in the property). Bed was comfortable. Host and cleaning lady are very friendly. Nice view of the hills.There was construction on the road, during my stay they finished construction of the pavement. It seemed it wont take too long to finish the road.

We had room 12 and in the afternoon the sun would stream in the window, which could be opened.The bed was comfortable except for the shelf right above the head of the bed.

The shower stall was very small and the flow was weak. The floor of the shower was quite slippery and the doors, on the stall corner, opened only just enough to get in and out of. Not really ideal for people, say, over 100kg.

Very central location, close to the restaurants and bars, also within a 5-minute walk from the train station. All were clean and good for value I paid.

With a small purse and on a low-budget-trip I found this great place and it was the best choice. Much cheaper than anywhere else in this region, a restaurant just down there next to the hotel. Very friendly and fair staff, a clean room and a location in the center of Rapallo. If you don't mind an old hotel, you will be satisfied here!

The location of the hotel is ideal. It's not far from Rapallo train station, the ferry terminal and seafront. You can easily walk everywhere from this hotel.

Lumps in the bed but if you're a deep sleeper, this will not be an issue. It's a dated property but reasonably well maintained. The place is good for a few nights stay.

Location, big room, beautiful building with terrazzo floors.

No staff, keys at the neighbors restaurant. The shared bathroom is big, with a separate toilet. It but needs a complete renovation.Bathtub, showerhead broken, and a plastic curtain.Make a walk inn shower and the hotel is a great place!

The position is good and good value for the money.

At the time of check in my room wasn't ready and the staff didn't apologize for the delay. The bathroom facilities on the very basic level. Cantiere fuori della porta del albergo comincia alle 8 del mattino.

The hotel is really close to the nice beach and all the restaurants.

The photos at the Booking page aren't relevant to the real situation. Next to the hotel there's a really big and loud construction going all day long. The water pump starts making noise everyday at 8am. The road visible on the photos is now a big hole in the ground. The wi-fi doesn't work. The hotel owner didn't want to do anything about it. The bathroom was falling apart. The toilet had no casing and the shower door was broken.

Friendly stuff, great location 5 min from train station, 2 minutes from the beach and in the city centre. Old nice building.

Construction works on the street, sink in the room does scary noises at night.

I don’t think there was anything in the bathroom that actually worked as intended. There’s construction work going on outside and they will wake you up at 0700 in the morning

The location and the amenities were perfect for the price! Alessandro was one of the best hosts I've ever met during my stays. The hotel also has an restaurant down below, the Santa Margherita Ligure is perfect to have a couple of drinks; it is 5-6 minutes away from the hotel (by car), also it is possible to walk at night. The ferry dock is just 200 meters away so you can take the ferry and explore the Portofino and San Fruttuoso Bay... -It's very cheap compared to others with a private bathroom.- the window has good isolation- well located, good transport connections

- old facilities(bed, fan, bathroom, elevator...)- very noisy if the windows are open due to the construction and cars (some earplugs would help)- Noisy toilet

The location and the hotel staff were perfect. I definitely recommend. The price-performance ratio is very good.

There was a sound from the bathroom, ı think the problem about the plumbing system.

Location, friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant below the hotel is also great. Rooms are comfortable and the common bathroom is nice.
