Balneari Termes Victoria

The SPA was outstanding, the htoel is perfectly located in the most central and picturesque part of the city, the room was beautiful and the breakfast was a very big and yummy buffet (especially the scrambled eggs). There was a bunch of other spaces: bar, game room,... that we didn't use but that seem interesting. We enjoyed the place.

There were some details that made our stay not too good. Important details:- the shower pressure was very very low, abnormally low, which is surprising for a thermal hotel- it was a windy night and the terrace window-door kept on whistling loudly with every gust of wind, we had real troubles to sleep.- the room was quite cold when we entered, it took sometime to get warm with the air-conditioning. This point is honestly not so bad, not a game breaker, but I would advice to start heating the room ahead of time for a perfect host experience.

The dinner was amazing, really delicious, the staff was really helpful and nice.The pools and the whole thermal part of the hotel is amazing! It has a wonderful vibe. Liked it a lot.

On the other hand the breakfast was a bit poor, no vegetables at all, which I think is an important part of a breakfast. Also the shower head was really dirty, full of hair - when we arrived, so it was not our hair.

Very nice hotel on excellent location, we enjoyed in our big comfy room with balcony. The pool was amazing. Everything was clean and tidy. Definitely recommend!

People are allowed to smoke at the breakfast area outside.Dogs are allowed. And some pet owners don't know better and leave their dog smell and touch you.Rather small room.Bed mattress was stiff so I couldn't get as much rest as I was hoping for, plus a kid from next room started speaking loud at 7am...

Limitation for using the thermal pool of 1 hour and its price. Parking was very hard to find at first and the streets to access it were really narrow. The bed was not really comfortable.You can't get a drink at any time, only when restaurant is open which is like 1-2 hours during dinner.No water kettle in the rooms. So since you can't make it yourself or buy it in the restaurant you can't have tea or coffee when you want.

Great Village room was fine

Had dinner in restaurant, it was buffet but very poor, hardly anything to eat and food was all cold, very bad value for money

The location, facilities

We arrived at 2330h day before. We woke up by severe working noize at 0700h what lasted till we checked out. Not proper sleep. Works inside and at the building non stop at very high decibels. So much that it would need ear protection. Talking to the management didn’t help at all. They did not supply us with a proper compensation, and blamed others. So we went away with a deception.

Undressed beds

The bed wasn't properly made.There was just a sheet on top and it was November.I went to reception and asked about it.I was told " there's a blanket in the wardrobe"It was a thin duvet without a cover.The photos of the rooms show properly made beds. We will not stay here again for this reason.It was like what I imagine a hostel would be.I've never stayed in a hotel where the bed is undressed. Very strange.

The staff was very pleasant. Everything was well explained with courtoisie. They gave me a very quiet room. The beds are really confortable and the Spa is amazing ! Thank you !

Everything was good.

The location was great, we could walk everywhere in this beautiful town. The staff was welcoming and changed our room when the AC was not working, by the way the new room was much bigger and nicer!

Our first room (before we requested a change) had a window but it was directed toward some inner room that had no views, no fresh air, no nothing. If having access to an outdoor view is important, then perhaps you should request that in advance.

Set in a beautiful town location. Safe and secure parking. My room request was granted which was most appreciated. Staff were very helpful.

No water provided in the room nor was there a mini bar. Would have preferred a restaurant a la carte style as opposed to a buffet style so I didn’t use.

The swimming pool outside was warm and very pleasant.

The window of the room was facing the wall, therefore it was dark inside the room – those are the cheapest rooms. Would recommend to get a room, facing outside for additional money.

Good, friendly local hotel with good size rooms that have been well modernised. Spotless bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds, efficient air conditioning. Buffet breakfast offering standard fare. Outside pool a nice size, if a little tired. Hotel also has secure parking you can book for a reasonable fee. Lots of guests seem to be drawn to the spa facilities, including older clientele. Good hotel for those looking to get off the heavily beaten tourist track, especially if you have a car.

Very quiet place where to relax and rest, the staff was very kind and the room very clean. The facility has some retro vibes but I guess it's due to its historical heritage. I would come back for sure since I enjoyed my staying. A special thanks to the woman that helped us to figure out which bus to use to go back to Barcelona.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing, not many vegetarian options

Hotel is in centre of old spa-town. Great location to explore the town centre. Nice outside pool and garden. Secure parking across the road. Standard room is adequate, nothing special but ok for a night. We needed to be at Barcelona airport next morning, and were looking for an alternative to Barcelona city and airport hotels. Balneari Termes definitely did the job.

Atmosphere, Spa a really TOP BUFFET lunch and dinner !
