Lovely hotel, historical and very well maintained.

The outdoor swimming pool, the location, the thermal bath.

Excellent value, hotel staff really care about doi g a great job. I’ve stayed many times and love it. Prefer it to the Victoria.

The booking and reservation is handled by the corporate office of RV Hotels and they are terrible! The worst service and didn’t seem to care. BUT, the hotel itself is lovely and if you contact the hotel directly they provide excellent information and service

My stay was lovely and the staff both at the front desk as well as the spa were incredibly nice and attentive, but the standouts during my stay were MARIO and JARA, the staff members working their in-house restaurant. They were warm, attentive, funny, and one can tell they really enjoy their jobs and having positive interactions with guests.

I wish I had been told or suggested during my check-in to reserve any meals I was planning on having at their restaurant in advance. As I did not have the meals package included, they did not account for me dining there and were unable to accommodate me one of the nights of my stay. My room was also incredibly small, but well maintained and very clean.

Lovely garden, lovely pool, wonderful Location

The staff at the hotel is very nice, however, my interaction with the reservation department online when booking the hotel is not very pleasant, to be honest they are not treating customers very nice, this is not the level of Customer Service that I’m used to at International hotel.

We got an early check-in and room upgrade, which was nice. Location and swimming pool was nice

The whole point of this hotel is about water and spa and the bar near the swimming pool was totally abandoned, that was somewhat disappointing.They've asked for a 10 euro deposit in cash and 4 euro fee for the swimming pool towel, which was just ridiculous. The building and ACs are very old, though still functional.

Good convenient location

Staff was not very attentive. The hotel needs some remodelling. Breakfast was very average.

The pool is glorious!

One room was dated but you can see they are refurbishing them.

The room was lovely, with a view out to the local mountains. the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were really helpful and when we arrived early they allowed us to leave luggage before our room was ready. Later, any enquiries we had were handled swiftly, patiently and efficiently.The building is a wonderful example of modernity and tradition living side by side. The outdoor heated swimming pool, drawing on the thermal springs in the town, (included in the price of the room) was the highlight of the experience. Twenty lengths and I was a new man!We only tried the "taster" of the Spa, but that was great, so we plan to return for the full treatment one day.

We didn't discover how to lower the temperature of the central heating in the room at first (it's a remote control on the wall) so we were a bit too hot on arrival, until we opened the window. But later we found the remote and sorted the problem out.

Lovely location. Enjoyed the self service breakfast, and the rooms were spacious

We were cold at night and didn't know that blankets were kept in a cupboard in the room. Our other family members (in the next room) found the room too hot

Really centrally situated, the staff were all absolutely lovely. Spa staff made you feel very welcome and explained all clearly. The room was comfortable with nice big shower.

Great place to stay near Barcelona, have free parking nearby, inside and outside pool is great.

The reception told me they have upgrade the room, but there’s no cup, no kettle no mini bar no tea bag nothing..

Beautiful hotel with so much charming decor. We enjoyed the heated swimming pool very much! Our very spacious quadruple room had an amazing view and terrace and was so comfortable. Great massages available on site!

The bed was a little bit hard.

Amazing building and gardens, lovely rooms, nice facilities overall, and nice location as well right on the main square where there are the hotsprings fountains and the roman bath.

the Lady at the reception has been wonderful. Kind and capable to give all info about the parking etc.Also the taff at the restaurant was pleasant and efficient

the food at the restaurant was far below any acceptable level. I had a cold steak cooked I believe fare eralier than been served to me, As side dish I had cold potatoes

Normal breakfast. Solid accomodation. Sufficiently clean.

Too loud in the night. Local discos ran all the night and it was nearly impossible to get proper rest there.

The location

The room was small and outdated. There was no atmosphere in the hotel, very quiet.

The hotel is in a great location

The front desk staff were disinterested and unhelpful. The bedrooms require refurbishment. The bed was uncomfortable and slanted. Housekeeping was basic

EVERYTHING!!! This hotel is truly a gem! If you have a car (or bike) this is an excellent alternative to Barcelona which is quite overpriced. It is located just 30 min drive to all the main attractions of the city. It can be quite difficult to access with the GPS but after you arrived the first time, you can find your way there. Plus, it has a private secure car park which is not too expensive. We will definitely come back especially because the town, "Caldes de Montbui" is very very quiet. Highly recommend. Furthermore, the rooms are huge, bigger than some flats.
