The views from our balcony/views from the pool area

Dinner service at the hotel restauarant was a disappointment as far as service. We waited approximately 15 minutes to receive our menus, then were rushed by the Maitre D to place our order about 5 minutes after receiving the menu. Unprofessional.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Our room was wonderful and kept clean the entire stay. Our view was amazing with a very large balcony for our Jr Suite. It was shared with two other rooms but we never saw them, so it worked out great for all. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was good and the restaurant provided one of the best meals we had in Amalfi. The location was good with hotel providing a shuttle up until 8 pm. I would highly recommend Hotel Belvedere.

I would have liked a private balcony. Though it never caused a problem, we could never walk out in night attire.

Great hotel! Niche, old fashioned but in a good way! Exceptional taste and awesome facilities. Beautiful seascape and landscape.

It’s hard to get there without a car. But it worth it!

A true hidden gem. Amazing value for money. Breathtaking views, the smell of the sea and pines, retro interiors that add to the character and vibe kf rhis classic Amalfi coast hotel. I hope they wont renovate it and keep up the classic 60s style interior.Great service, cuisine and own beach which os never crowded and feels private and prestigious. There is a very nice restaurant nearby that offers a free shuttle service. The hotel can arrange a booking for you.I hope the rates don't go up by too much, cause we will definitely be back!

Ants on the balcony were a bit annoying, but that is a very minor distraction

Staff were very engaging and friendly. Especially with our daughter, which was great. They were always willing to answer questions and help us out with visits in the area. We dined at the restaurant, which was brilliant with exceptional service. Amazing views of the Amalfi coast from the hotel, and especially the pool area with ocean access. The room we booked was a good size for two adults and one child.

Amazing view, good breakfast, big pool with seawater. The best part of the property is its staff, very professional yet very friendly and certainly not the fake politeness typical of northamerican hotels. I'd go back just for them.

Sea access is on a cement platform (typical solution in that part of Italy) and connected to the pool area with 200 steps...

The location is amazing. If you sit by the pool you have the best time looking at boats passing by. My room was comfortable and clean. The view from the room is amazing as well. They have a parking space so no need to worry where to park your car. Some restaurants will pick you up at the hotel which is very convenient. Breakfast in their balcony is very pleasant . I would come back to this hotel any time. All the staff is friendly and helpful. Loved our stay.

Breakfast could have more freshly baked cakes.

we were not happy with room and staff gave us upgrade and bottle of champagne blonde lady went over and beyond to help us restaurant up hill is fab and they came and picked us up

My sister and I were their first guests for the season. It’s a great property with very picturesque views. The property was well taken care of and very tidy. The staff were very accommodating. We stayed in the junior suite, which has a shower with a steam function, which was great! The pool is filled with fresh salt water from the ocean…great for health and skin benefits…Shout out to Pepe for being kind and warm to us.

Although the beddings were clean, I reacted badly to it and broke out. The aircon in my room used to go on and off at times. I mentioned this to reception and it was sorted immediately.

Noise insulation of rooms could be better

This is our 3rd stay at this hotel. Excellent location. Good breakfast. Plenty of parking. Excellent evening restaurant.

Definitely in need of some facelift. Getting old.

The location is fantastic. Amalfi is super busy in the summer and this hotel offers privacy and comfort which is very precious and hard to find. The hotel has both pool and access to the sea which as well as breath taking views from their balconies. We felt very relaxed and slept comfortably. Staff are exceptionally friendly and eager to help. And some waiters were a pleasure to talk to.

However the facilities and furniture are very old and outdated. The restaurant is not great. If you are looking forward to tasting fresh and authentic Italian food, save your appetite for a different place. The food tasted really horrible, I had a beef steak that was swimming in white sauce, it really was bad. The breadsticks were in their wrapping as if they got them straight from the supermarket and the bread was already on the tables before people arrived. The breakfast is mediocre.

It was impeccably clean! The staff was wonderful! starting with the front desk, the restaurant staff and the housekeeping staff were all very kind and friendly.

Everything went well. Its an excellent hotel. Staff are extremely helpful. Very well located and quiet. Breakfast was great. Views to die for. Pool is very big and quiet, just by the sea.

Everyone was so friendly and inviting. Like we were invited into their home. Plus, the views are spectacular. And the pool and private beach area were fun and super cool. The steps getting back from beach are a killer, though. Haha. They also will take care of anything you need. Laundry. Renting a private boat to take you around the coast. Restaurant recommendations and reservations with shuttle service. We did all this and my family will never forget our time there.

The shower stalls are awkwardly small but fine.

View is incredible, so was breakfast, pool and waiters. Perfect hotel!
