Hotel Il Pino

Hotel employee was great upon arrival and throughout the whole stay.

Pool closes at 7pm? Why? Also difficult to get drinks late in evening

Hotel il Pino was lovely...the views are gorgeous, the staff is very helpful and professional, and the restaurant is superb. I took the cooking class at the restaurant and must say it was at the top of the list of the many classes I've had in Italy.

The breakfast and breakfast staff were wonderful! The balcony had beautiful views! Peaceful location! Beautiful property

Our room was right by the outside street with no hotel door to protect this area of the property. Seemed it could be dangerous and open to the entire public. Also, the bus stop was a little dangerous to get to.

We loved our stay! The hotel is situated right on the main Amalfi road, making getting around somewhat easier. Massive thanks to Rosa and Vincenzo for helping us make plans. Especially Guido, who picked us up after almost getting stranded in Capri late at night! The hotel went to great lengths to ensure our trip went as smooth as possible. We also enjoyed the poolside snack service in the afternoons, especially with Andrea’s goodnatured sense of humor. The breakfast saved us a lot of money and we enjoyed the service there as well. It was also so nice to have our rooms cleaned daily. The entire staff was so friendly and the whole hotel was immaculately clean. I can’t recommend this place enough!

The pool was too cold.

Everything very clean and well maintained. The restaurant was outstanding. Ate there 3 out of the 5 nights we were there. Also did the cooking class at the restaurant. Great location.

The room is relatively small but provided everything we needed. The view from our balcony was incredible. The pool was spectacular and the staff was very accommodating! The breakfast was so good and and we enjoyed every minute of our stay here!

The price was a bit high but all lodging on the Amalfi Coast is like that. Also, the music played by the pool was too loud and hard to talk over with our friends.

I loved the location of this hotel. The view from my room and the pool was amazing. The pool was actually bigger than I thought it was going to be. Positano and Amalfi are too crowded, this town was the perfect size. Rosa was very attentive and helpful with any questions we had as was the gentleman who worked the evening shift at the front desk.

Beautiful view! Excellent staff and quick staff help and very responsive.

The shower was so tiny. So far Smallest shower in Italy we have had.

The views were amazing! Rosa was extremely helpful in planning our days. The pool and the restaurant were very good.

We loved the food, the cleanliness, the location, the pool and the comfort. Rosa was a very helpful manager to us. She arranged a boat tour and a car for us to Sorrento.

The only thing I felt was a bit off was the pool manager. He was extremely friendly with the single young girls. With us, he was very strict with the pool rules and told my husband in a rude was to take his slippers off the chaise longe chair.

Oww, what a vacation! Staff, foods, good aperol spritz with nice pool and incredible view... I can't say anything bad about this hotel. All staff was very helpful. The room was clean everyday. The guy (If i dont remember wrong, Andrea) works pool bar, the lady works reception... everyone in this hotel are great! Amazing italian cuisine at hotel restaurant (you should try pasta with shrimps)... And the guy named as Vido who works in breakfast was very cool.. We didnt catch any taxi from hotel to naples and he helped us and we had incredible journey with him ahah:)Already miss to hotel and foods...Definitely you should stay here!

Close to positano but still easy to get to with the bus.

Only complaint was that you only get one pillow per person on the bed and one pool towel per person for the whole stay. We asked for an extra and were told we would be charged for it.

The view and landscape was fabulous. The decor and floor and room tiles were stunning. Everything was so clean. The pool was beautiful and we enjoyed the service provided. The staff were extremely helpful!

The room was quite small and the shower even smaller. Wasn’t aware of the various room sizes and options. The breakfast room was fine but they didn’t take advantage of the beautiful outdoors. The music seems quite loud for much of the day.

Everyone at the property was absolutely amazing and welcoming. Anything we wanted done was arranged and any assistance needed with buses was explained. This hotel and its staff went above and beyond and the restaurant inside is a MUST.

The staff were kind and exceptional from the moment we checked. Everything from view, the room, the morning call to remind us for breakfast, the breakfast spread and coffee, the poolside service, the grounds were all phenomenal. me and my sister felt like family and eveyone were kind and helpful. The restaurant is the highlight of my trip! The food was out of this world delicious and the chef, service and staff 1000% amazing! We booked a cooking class for the next day… and it was the pinnacle of my Italy trip and the Amalfi Coast! Simoné the chef is magnificent and spending time cooking with him and enjoy the passion of food, the views, the cooking lessons, and sharing in the wonderful moments of life made this trip Bellissimo!10/10 would recommend this hotel and restaurant!<3 Saybyc
