The location,pool and view were perfect.It was close to many restaurants and shops you could walk to. Free parking! Free breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold foods and drinks. The staff was so helpful and friendly.I would definitely stay again!!

No! I could add more about what I liked! The air conditioner worked well and was quiet. I truly liked everything about this hotel!

View was amazing! The breakfast had so many choices of pastries, juices and other fresh options. The room was on the smaller side but was comfortable and immaculate.

We had a leak in our room from the refrigerator line. Maintenance on duty at the time was not very knowledgeable.

Everything about this truly wonderful, family owned and operated, GORGEOUS Amalfi Coast hotel was EXCEPTIONAL.All staff here, especially including the wonderful owner, were very friendly, accommodating and bent over backwards to make staying here a truly 5 Star experience. The owner made an extreme effort to talk to us daily and to make sure that we were enjoying our stay. She truly cares about her hotel, guests and wonderful staff. Her great attitude has transferred to all employees at the hotel and the experience of staying here. The room was very modern, very clean, very comfortable and in perfect condition. This room and hotel overall is on equal par with 5 Star *****Casa Angelina located down the street from Tramonto d’Oro. We have stayed at Casa Angelina in the past, and Tramonto d’Oro offers the exact same tremendous, upscale, luxury experience for a fraction of the price charged at Casa Angelina. The room balcony overlooking the blue sea , Positano, the iconic Island of Capri and the historic church in Praiano was large, relaxing and absolutely fantastic. The view of the Praiano historic church and it’s beautiful bells ringing below the room balcony added to the magic of this truly incredible hotel. The location was perfect, allowing easy walking to everything and everywhere in Praiano. The front desk staff made everything easy including check in, check out , booking additional spa services and making dinner reservations at local restaurants. The housekeeping staff was exceptional and made the room perfect in every way.. All employees of this hotel have fantastic attitudes and truly exceed all expectations. The parking attendant and bellman from Sri Lanka was friendly fantastic The breakfast food selection, food quality and breakfast staff were also exceptional. The breakfast staff was more than happy to provide coffee to take to the room to enjoy before breakfast opening hours. This customer oriented service is truly a rarity in most hotels in Italy.

Passion and Perfection - Three generations of the Esposito family have been welcoming guests for over 50 years. Their entire focus is on their guests and ensuring a magical experience. The day begins with a phenomenal breakfast and a stunning view of the water. We have been travelling in Europe for over a month and this was by far our most enjoyable stay!! Highly recommend!

If you were to pick a place away from the touristy locations like Positano and Amalfi, Praiano is the perfect halfway point. The hotel was perfect. Timeless in drawing you in to the nostalgia of what one imagines the Amalfi Coast to be. Our room, was one of the renovated rooms with a beautiful view looking out at Positano and the evening sunsets. The church next door, San Gennaro was a treat and a beautiful back drop on the restaurant’s veranda! They can also make arrangements for a shuttle to take you to a scooter shop which was a great way to travel to Amalfi and Positano for the day. This hotel was recommended by a friend and I would highly, highly recommended others to go there! Also what makes this place special is being family run. The next generation continues to joyfully make your time with them very special. Amazing!

Amazing property, the view from the balconies out towards Positano is unrivaled. Staff was excellent and super helpful, rooms were bright and clean, views stunning. Couldn’t ask for more.

Absolutely loved our stay but the rooms were still quite expensive for being in Praiano and away from Positano/Amalfi and requiring bus/taxi to get to those places. There isn’t a ton to do in Praiano so you need to get to the other points in the coast.

This hotel is beautiful. The view is breathtaking and the facilities are modern and comfortable. The pool view is amazing. Very well located, we could reach it by bus easily. The rooms are very well equipped and the decoration makes you really feel on vacation. Staff was super helpful with everything they helped us with everything even with returning our scooter. Breakfast is good. There is a small beautiful beach 400 steps down the hotel.

Everything was perfect.

Friendly staff, large room. Perfect view of Positano. We hired a scooter with the help of the front office staff. Fab breakfast. Everything was picture perfect. The first night we dined at the hotel, the food was excellent. Charming church square next to the property with a good priced Trattoria where the locals gather.

The hotel staff was invaluable, even before we arrived. They arranged transportation from the train station for our arrival and departures. They also helped us schedule a massage. Amazing. The hotel was absolutely breathtaking. The view is hard to describe in words. The rooftop bar and pool are very relaxing areas. Dinner was great! Breakfast was also delicious. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would mention is that Praiano is a quieter area, so you need to travel to the next town if you're seeking more nightlife. I believe there is a bar that stays open until 1am. We didn't need this, but if you're looking for nightlife, it could be helpful.

We loved every moment of this stay!!!

This is the best hotel experience I've ever had. From arrival, we were greeted by the kind staff. The hotel itself has a great charm and location right in the heart of Praiano. The views from every part of the hotel are in my opinion the best of the Amalfi coast with Positano in the back.They upgraded us to a sea view room which we were not expecting. The views from the balcony were one of a kind.The buffet breakfast was spectacular and the views from the dining area add to the experience. The staff of the dining area were always so helpful and attentive.The gym and pool also a huge plus. I could keep on writing more about this place, but I'd say to book it and experience it all yourself.Thank you Tramonto D'Oro. We will be back!

Beautiful rooftop terrace, slept really well in the comfortable room.

We had a wonderful stay for our honeymoon. This beautiful hotel & area was a great location, bus stop down the road to the busier towns. The breakfast & dinner views every day, wow! The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly & remembered the small details. This hotel oozed authenticity, quietness kindness and we would happily return!

Beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff. Everyone was polite, friendly and helpful. Situated on the main road between Amalfi and Positano. Restaurant food was very good. There are also plenty of pizza and other food options in the neighborhood.

Great hotel and the staff, each of them was very helpful and welcoming. Praiano is just a street on Amalfi coast so not much to do or see, but perfect for restful and slow holiday. There are few restaurants on the street and a bar. Beach was very nice also it is a bit of a climb but quite manageable. The views are awesome from the terrace and restaurant in the hotel, very peaceful!
