Absolutely not a single thing

The first night we woke up to ants crawling in our bed and suitcases. The room did not meet my expectations at all: no headboard on the bed, tough bed, etc. One woman at the front was rude at times. Complained when we needed a taxi & couldn't provide one

1. Insufficient light for the room 2. Bathroom too small 3. Bathroom not having hot water

The staff were very polite and helpful. Superb hospitality.

Absolutely amazing place. The staff is incredible my go to location from now on. To visit the rest of the area the bus is literally in front of the door. Staff welcome you to this wonderful hotel like if you were family.

The staff was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, Mariana went out of her way to help us in every possible way and Antonio was super sweet, in our check out date we had to leave before the breakfast buffet was open and he had coffee ready for us. Omar and the lady at buffet(unfortunately I d not know her name) were very nice as well.The view was beautiful, everything was clean and well maintained.The breakfast buffet was excellent

We absolutely loved it here we ended up extending our stay. Marianna and Omar in the front desk were absolutely amazing. Super friendly and super helpful with all our questions and needs! Marianna helped us book a boat tour. They felt like family! We loved our room, sea view. Balcony was so nice. Room and bed was comfortable, clean. Breakfast was great. We will miss this hotel! We loved the staff ! We will be back

Nothing!

The view was amazing! Praiano was a very quiet town to stay in, the views in the town were amazing. They had a generous breakfast. The hotel was close to the bus stop and easy walk to the main beach.

Front desk young man was not polite, a lot of flies above fruit on breakfast table, rust on the shower faucet,TV did’nt work, refrigerator not functional receptionist explained that it is not intended to cool but just to keep fresh!?

The staff were amazing. The location, marvelous, near yo Marina di Praia?. The little markets are very near to the hotel. The breakfast was excellent also

We had an unforgettable stay in South Italy, thanks to the wonderful family team at Holiday Hotel — Laura, Mariana, Omar, and Antonio! ? Their warm hospitality truly made our journey so special. They are not only incredibly welcoming and funny, but also helped us connect with others in such a natural and friendly way, making our whole experience absolutely gorgeous. Thank you for turning our trip into a cherished memory — we can’t wait to return! ???

Staff was a little nosy at some points and they also do not allow guests.

Location was great and easy to access surrounding areas. Staff were super helpful and included breakfast was awesome.

I really enjoyed the stuff, they treated us like family and helped us in many ways, arranging car service, looking into bus information, chatting real time, always friendly and helpful! Location was great, it was easy to get to other town on the coast because it was in the middle, bus is right in front of the hotel, breakfast was wonderful and a great view!

The neighbor sounds were very close by, and the beds were not very comfortable, but it was decent and the balcony were beautiful view and spacious.

Smelled like mildew/mold and no hot water in shower just warm

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The pictures on booking.com undersell the view and facilities. The view is a 10 out of 10. The breakfast is plentiful, with lots of fresh fruit, pastries, cheese, and meats. The staff were overly helpful. We had room #1, which is a superior double. It had a huge deck and outdoor shower. For a 3 star hotel and the price this is a very good option

They are having a problem with humidity on the lowest floor level of rooms, and I could smell must in the air.

Very fun rooms, friendly staff, and good location. Breakfast was great and the view was stunning.

Location, View Deck and from Breakfast Room and Balcony, very very helpful nice staff, especially Anna. Good central location. Beach had water taxis to Positano. Wish we knew how nice that was much sooner. It would have avoided us lots and lots of traffic! Snd the water taxi rides are beautiful!!

Room smelled like mold immediately upon entering. Wife had horrible allergies to something, even after turning off vents/air. Trees outside room? It got so bad we had to leave early. We heard lots of people on same floor coughing and hacking as well down hall. So we were not alone.

Service from staff was excellent. Mariana, Omar, Lindsey & Laura were all very accommodating! They provided us with much information even before we arrived and set us up with fabulous excursions ahead of time.

Breakfast was great. They had indoor and outdoor seating and the view was incredible.
