Nice hôtel close to the beach. Large room and confortable.

Great location, awesome view of the bay overlooking the beach. Hotel is within easy walking distance to Portovenere . Great restaurants and bus stop close by. Clean and comfortable.

The location is very nice, right on the beach. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable.

There is no furniture to put the luggage on. The breakfast is a bit poor but ok. The hotel is far from the centre but very closet to the bus stop.

The staff were super friendly and very helpfull. The breakfast was better than I expected and the location was surreal. Would definitely come back

Personal preference but the pillows could be better (more comfy)

Nice breakfast, great location. Friendly helpful staff who went out of there way to help when our classic car suffered a breakdown needing a part and an engineer/mechanic willing to help fit it. Without their connections and assistance we might still be broken down so a big thank you to Antonio and the other staff members.

The room was spacious and the view from the balcony was awesome. The staff was very responsive and kind. The breakfast is ok and parking is provided at a reasonable cost.

The oven in our room didn't work

The quiet postion and stunning views across the bay made this space special. The public beach is just outside. The design of the appartments makes it look like a block of town house which means it blends in with the surroundings. The appartment is well equipped. It's an easy 20 minute walk into the main part of Porto Venere and there is a good restaurant about 10 minutes walk away

The parking is really expensive

We love this place; it is a 15-20min stroll into the main town along a beautiful flat promenade. The accommodation was spacious, clean and comfortable. The views from the balcony were stunning and it is excellent value for money, but you might need to be quick as the 'luxury spa' next door seems to be expanding and at nearly 200 euros / day just to get each day in it's an astronomical price!We didn't take breakfast there but at 10 euros / person it looked good value.

Having to pay 20 euros / day to leave your car in the hotel car park seems a bit of a rip off.

A big room/apartment with a balcony and beautiful see view, near the beach, with a garage for the car. 15 minutes walk from the center - restaurants and bars.

Breakfast was boring.

Lovely location on the edge of Porto Venere with a pleasant walk along the coast to the town centre. Functional apartment with breakfast a little underwhelming but adequate.

Sadly the reason we chose this place was because there is a small beach to the front. However there were diggers and dumpers as we were told work was being done to make it ready for June. We thought we could use the pool but that too was under repair. Quite a disappointment as this was our last few days after a week of travelling and we were looking forward to relaxing there. The apartments were functional and clean but not comfortable under the circumstances. It would have been ideal if the work men had finished.

Location is great. 15-20 mins promenade walk along the sea to the main touristic point.Was not expecting that hotel is so close to the beach. Also, we had a fantastic terrace, so entire family enjoyed it, especially our dog :)

Parking cost - 20€ per day.

A beautiful view from a balcony. Perfect for a tranquil weekend.

Not much choice of restaurants nearby although the one we ate at was great, about 300m away.

Furniture a bit basic and dated

The location was a little out of the main town but we enjoyed the picturesque easy walk , loved the view and that it there was a beach right in front to swim! Rooms were basic but clean and comfortable and served our family well! We would happily stay here again!

Nice apartment - aircon was a plus. beach was 10M away. Parking was paid - but was very good.

Location is superb- right opposite a small pebble beach and swimming was lovely. It was a 20minutes scenic and pleasant walk to the town centre. Apartment was reasonable size and well equipped and the view was wonderful. On site under cover parking . Quiet .

The rooms are a bit dated and the breakfast has much room for improvement.
