We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Santa Anna in L’Estartit. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach and town. The room was spacious, clean, and great for our family with two kids. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the on-site restaurant was excellent. Highly recommend!

Room was large and included a small but usable balcony. Incredible breakfast options with beautiful views from the top floor. Very friendly and helpful staff. Worth staying here.

Good value, good air con, great location. Nice quiet room when l’Estartit is at its busiest. Nice selection at breakfast on the roof terrace, wasn’t expecting a hot option so pleased to see the eggs, sausages and bacon on offer as well as continental and fresh fruit.

Breakfast was great with a wide selection of choice, the seating area for the breakfast was on the roof terrace which was lovely. Staff on reception were really helpful and approachable. Hotel was in a perfect location, it wasnt noisy and close to the shops and restaurants.

Cocktails were a little pricy but not overpriced.

They should have a casual pool menu for lunch, snacks. It was the dining room dinner menu only. Simple hamburgers, sandwiches would be better.

Great location. Easy walk to everything. Off street parking for a fee. Super friendly family owned hotel. Roof top breakfast is great and provides a view of the beach and the pool. Every room has a balcony with chairs to sit on and chill. Very relaxed atmosphere with a great restaurant.

Loud hall ways. Diving town and there was a large group that congregate in hotel so lots of people noise…

Location was perfect close to the shops and beach.

Hotel is located in city centre but in very quiet area. Everywhere is close but location gives you security of peace during nights. Room was cleaned everyday and small fridge in the room kept our drinks nicely cool. Variety of food I could choose from during breakfast was great.

maybe apart tomatoes only during breakfast, would be nice to have a lettuce or cucumber

The location is perfect, only a few meters from home the beach front. Their terrace on the fourth floor is incredible.

The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. They were constantly cleaning and the hotel was spotless. I took my 84-year-old mother away with us and they really looked after her while we were there. It was a great location 1 street back from the seafront, with the main high street and shops in the street behind us, nothing was more than a 5-10 minute walk and all very flat (great for people with mobility issues). The hotel restaurant had good food with about 6-8 courses in each section. You could walk directly out of the back of the hotel to all the main shops and restaurants. We went in August but there was no loud music playing anywhere to disturb you. The pool area (which was across the road) had plenty of beds and tables and chairs with bid sunshades and an undercover eating area. Our superior rooms faced the other side of the hotel, which overlooked the pool area. The rooms were well-appointed and the balconies were bigger than those on the standard room. There was a hotel car park which cost 12 Euros per day and there was a lift. The free breakfast was a good continental with 'hot' food and fresh fruit. The room had aircon with remote control. All in all, I would say this hotel is closer to 4* than the 3* it currently has.

The hot food at breakfast wasn't very hot.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely a well run hotel. The location is great and nice to have a pool.

The double bed was two single mattresses pushed together so they kept separating in the night.

Nice friendly staff and clean rooms!

Slamming doors of the rooms early in the morning and you can hear people talking in the other rooms. Some meat at breakfast you have to keep cold not in room temp.

We ordered cocktails (from the menu) by the pool and they asked if we knew the ingredients ? they were not good. But that was a minor inconvenience, we laughed it out.

The staff was very nice. I had suffered food poising and got soup to my room by the time I could eat again. We got a free upgrade as well! We had a room with the balcony towards the pool. The breakfast buffet was good.

The beds weren't very comfy and the rooms are badly sound prooved.
