- The room on the second floor where we stayed had an old-style design but was spacious and clean. There was a small terrace with a nice view of the mountains. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was large, with a strong water flow in the bathtub. Overall, the quality for the price was good. Don’t forget to check out the kids' swimming pool — it’s worth a visit.

It had a safe and fridge as well as lots of room for clothes.Being english we would have liked a kettle for tea and coffee. We used the pool and enjoyed some time relaxing on the many sunbeds. It was an easy walk to the promenade and the many restaurants. We only stayed one night but would have been very happy to stay longer. We were lucky to have a quiet corridor at night, whereas my brother in law on a lower floor said that the banging of doors kept him awake a bit.

The room floor is dusty and the bathroom is not upto the mark. The breakfast is ok, however we are not expecting a great experience as it is 25th Dec and they are low in staff.

The reception area and lounge was nice and the staff were friendly.
It was having work done and there was drilling from 9am to 5pm - no mention of this on booking.com. There were a lot of Ukrainian families there and it was very noisy, there were no areas for guests only. The bedrooms hadn’t been updated in a long time and the walls were very thin- not restful.

The furniture in the rooms were quite old, and so could do with improving to make it look as nice as it did in the entrance, and in the hallways

They have to improve the buffet, very poor, cheap, done without care, the rooms have to be done well, not throw the bed sheet and that's it, improve the pool space, make it more welcoming, the pool beds they were very far away
