TV didn?t work. Staff didn?t try to do anything about it. Bathroom sink wouldn?t drain. Had to pay to use the room safe.

Old style hotel in a great spot. The room and bathroom are clean. Breakfast was great but did repeat itself. Pool fantastic. Staff more than helpful

The location is wonderful to visit the Costa Brava. The restaurant and bar is very good with variety and good prices

Good breakfast and great location

They mentioned they had parking for electric cars but when arriving we notice is only with standard connection. The hotel environment is nice but rooms environment does not match in confort or decoration with what we were expecting

This is clearly a very well run hotel, where the staff have a great team ethos and were either efficient or helpful or both. This might partially explain its popularity even in late October, and also included a mix of locals for El Classico game night, where the place was packed. Floor 4 rooms have a slight height restriction with the slope of the roof, but we're well furnished, and the bathroom excellent. The price was very good value and included a buffet breakfast that offered a full range of cold and hot foods.

Sometimes the dining staff seemed over efficient.

Good location, a lot of facilities (outdoor swimming pool, outdoor pingpong table, outdoor and indoor restaurant/bar) and friendly staff.

No entertainment for the guests during dinner or bartime and little diversity in the breakfast/dinner.

Hotel room is simple, dated. Bathroom had hairs, rest was clean. Nothing special, garden is nice.

Lovely relaxed chilled atmosphere. Clean room. Great restaurant attached to hotel with very good food and prices. Lots of choice at breakfast. Quiet at night. Aboutt a 10 min stroll down the road to the beach. Easy to park underground (at a cost). All staff were really friendly too.

The pool party until 23:30h on Saturday with very loud music despite complaints from various guests. The crib we got was terrible, the mattress we were given was super thin and it bent down at the ends, had to ask for another mattress to make it a bit better for my baby

The hotel is clean. Very good breakfast.

We had a terribly old room, not matching what we booked. We tried changing it but were told other renovated rooms cost more and aren’t available as it was fully occupied. The bathroom is very old, very uncomfortable access to the shower, no towel hooks to hang towels. Mattresses were deformed and you fall into the middle. Our room balcony overlooks the main noisy road, we asked to change and was refused.
