Cons -
- WiFi was very slow. Dinner was just OK, but that may be my personal taste.
- My 4 nights stay in August 2025, at this hotel made me question the value for the price of close to 100 euros per night. The rooms appeared newly renovated and were clean. However, they lacked soundproofing, and noise from the corridor and the street was noticeable. The windows are difficult to use as they open directly onto the corridor/walkway no matter which room you are in.A significant issue was the air conditioning, which did not function properly and made noise during our four-night stay. Despite outside temperatures of 36°C, the AC in both of our rooms consistently stayed between 26°C and 27°C. Some staff members were sympathetic to our concerns, while others were less helpful, stating they couldn't assist further or suggesting that our attempts to use the control panel had caused the problem. We had the same issue in the 2nd room they gave us where we did not touch the AC controls. Other guests also shared same problems. We also encountered some maintenance and service issues. The bathroom drain in the first room was clogged, and the washbasin in the second room had a similar problem. Water also leaked from the shower cabin onto the bathroom floor. The hotel does not provide daily housekeeping unless requested, nor 1 towel per person unless requested, a policy that felt like cost-cutting and was unexpected for a hotel in this price range. Our dining experience was subpar. The food, particularly the appetizers and desserts, seemed to be pre-packaged and frozen. An "Aubergine crumble" was unevenly heated, and the Profiterole in desserts was still frozen solid. A 9-euro charge for a dessert of this quality was disappointing. The roasted chicken was however better than the other options we tried. Finally, we had a long and difficult checkout experience. The hotel attempted to charge us a pet fee simply for inquiring about the possibility of bringing a pet during our check-in (we did not bring our pets with us).
- Quite near a busy road. Blind on our window was jammed so it was very dark. Restaurant not available on a Saturday - only pizzas - and nothing you could walk to nearby. The pizzas were ok but disappointed why a chain would not have a restaurant on a Saturday night when all the other Campaniles we have stayed in have been open.

Good location. Dog friendly. clean
Room was a good size. Breakfast was good.

We stopped over for the night during a long drive from Switzerland to Spain. Very helpful staff. The hotel is old, but well maintained and conveniently located in the middle of the historical old town. Plenty of good restaurants in the neighbourhood. We stayed only for the night, but we would go back for a longer stay some time in the future.
Good stopover place for a long road trip. The hotel is close to the highway and easy to get to. Onsite parking at no extra charge. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant had only pizza for dinner, but that was fine for us. Breakfast was good.
It's a Campanile, don't expect fancy or cool hotel rooms, it's just a place to sleep during your trip. Rooms looks updated recently but still a bit oudated and small, but clean and fresh. Very friendly staff, wich gave me a very warm welcome. Fenced off parking.
It's a Campanile, so rooms are a bit bland, but it was renovated and not super outdated.
Not great
No service (not even a wine) at the bar/restaurant at our arrival…admittedly we were there late …at 10pm. But we got two take away paper cup coffees. Next day the charge was 9.50 Euros!
Excellent location for transit travel, close to freeway. Very kind and efficient personnel, rooms are comfortable and well equiped. For alll these aspects the price/quality ratio is really good.
The dinner and breakfast were really below standard. It is not expensive, but not good either. I have been there a few times before and it really used to be better.
Comfortable room with good sized bed.Kleen and proper. Good breakfast.
Easy to reach on the way to Spain, fenced parking area. And very friendly staff, also for our dog.

the room was excellent comfy bed quiet all night didnt have breakfast but evening meal was lovely.staff very helpfull and friendly.
a longer stay
The rooms look modern and clean. The bed is very spaciousThe staff is very friendly. There is plenty of secured parking (they close the gate during the night for added safety). It is a perfect one night stopper on a road trip. The in-house restaurant is an added bonus.
It is in front of a 24h car wash. The sound proofing should be improved, at least for the rooms facing the car wash.
Rooms on floor level.
Friendly staff, nice restaurant.
Room very comfortable and everything we needed.Beautifully clean. Breakfast and Evening meal was great. Ideal stopover. Service good
Nothing. All good
Really good breakfast, friendly staff and large room. Convenient location just off the highway to break up a long drive. Plenty of free parking. Would stay again
The dinner was not great, burger bun totally soggy due the oil from the meat. The pavlova was not a pavlova, just a meringue with loads of cream on top (I come from NZ where pavlovas were invented)
Very friendly receptionist and I asked for a room facing the parking which they honored.Room was clean, not too warm not too cold.Close to the A7
The rooms are noisy. I could constantly hear my upstairs neighbor walk… and they got up at 5am..
The rooms and the restaurant
The location of our rooms ie facing a busy noisy road and bright flashing lights from the car wash.
everything made for a great stopover with a couple of beers with our excellent meal, and great staff throughout, thanks
The location was ideal for a night on our long journey.
The price was too high for the room and these basic facilities. The dinner at their restaurant was disappointing.
