The rooms are very clean and newly decorated, very easy to find just off the main motorway to Santander. Beautiful views of the mountains, no road noise at night and a very tasty breakfast from the Cafe downstairs. Plenty of parking. We only stayed 1 night on the way back to the ferry but would have loved to have stayed longer due to the river that runs behind the hotel. Very friendly staff and felt very safe, clean bedding and towels

A kettle in the room would be nice, together with a few tea and coffee sachets, although we always bring our own as not many hotels in Europe seem to supply them

I would not go back to this place

Far from everything. Locates aside a road. No air conditioning. Not even a fan!!This is not more than a motel not a Hotel

Big parking, clean room and tasty pasta/sandwich at the bar/restaurant. good place to stay when you pass by.

There was a bad smell in a bathroom ( maybe coming from the drain?) and our neighbours happened to be very noisy ( even though there was a note on the hallway to keep quiet).

Easy access just off the motorway with lots of free parking. Our room was extremely nice and comfortable and the quality of the bathroom and furnishings were exceptional. We enjoyed our evening meal which included some ‘rustic’ choices. The staff were very helpful.

The only downside was the Wi-Fi in our room. It kept ‘dropping out’ so we had to go downstairs to gain access.

Location, service, they let us take the dog inside as well without costs (as we had to pay for our charging). Good place, we are happy.

EV charging isn't free. It is a public charger next to the hotel. Rates per kwh were really good however

It was not a hotel as all the rooms opened on to the outside. Nowhere to sit except the dining area. Awful property.
