My room,views and quality of service

Very clean very modern and spacious. Comfortable. Easy reception.

Breakfast too expensive—would be nice if less expensive option. Had to walk back over bridge to find breakfast bar open before starting Camino.

This is a great hotel unless you are staying on the top floor. The rooms don't have windows! They face the beach and there is a closet where windows should be. There is sitting room with a big window, but not the main room. Luckily they were able to move us to a room on the level below that does have great windows and natural light. Also has good AC, a mini fridge and a sitting area. Perfect for our stay.

Nice modern comfortable room in new building across road from the main hotel.

We had the most amazing stay room spacious exceptionally clean. So close to beach and town a short walk across bridge. Would definitely recommend this as the place to stay in Ribadesella. 10/10Guys NZ

Location near the beach and a short walk from the main street, fridge in the room, coffee making machine, large size room, 24 hour reception, comfortable quiet private reception area.

Heat was not adequate for this time of year. Phone in my room did not work to call reception.

Maybe just because it was off season but very inefficient staff ( apart from 1 cleaner we saw on arrival) Hard to see why it is classed as 4 star

Very clean and comfortable and quiet!Close to the beach and town 10 minute walk. Free coffee in the morning and cheap stay. Catered nicely for our dog ?

Nothing, the hotel suited our needs

The hotel room was impeccably clean, had very nice modern furnishings and very comfortable bedding. You literally are right across the street from the beach and boardwalk- a lovely area. The staff was extremely nice and we enjoyed our stay there very much.

Coffee available would be nice

The room was great, very comfortable. The staff, very hospitable and accomodating, especially the Manager. His name is Arnaldo. Very friendly and helpful. Kudos to you and your team. We would love to stay again but next time, at the Main Hotel which is so lovely.

Location, parking and cleanliness

All was great. Loved the location, room and comfortable bed. Would stay here again!

The location, fast check in, the staff was friendly, underground parking -useful when it was raining, the little refrigerator and the courtesy water bottles.

They advertise having AC, but I was told it was turned off because it’s October. The room smelled musty and was hot, without any air circulation. We had to open the window and curtains to let the air in. The bugs came in and also a very powerful light from the outside of the building. The ground floor rooms have windows that open to the outdoor hallway used by guests to access the rooms. So by having the window open we also had less privacy. The bathtub was very slippery. No coffee or coffee maker.

Breakfast was good the first morning. Third day I could not eat the scrambled eggs - far too much salt . Very poor service - no offer of another cup of coffee. Very disappointing .

We had dinner a la carte the first evening.We tried the full tasting menu on the third night - many of the dishes were the same as we had already tasted . Again , very disappointing- not Michelin standard .
