- Lovely welcome and a super breakfast. Also private parking
- Friendly comfortable good location near to bus station nice breakfasts. We've stayed here for 4 nights would visit again.
Cons -
- Awkward parking, but the large bus station parking is just behind the hotelno A/C
- I had a confirmed room with twin bed. I made the reservation and twin bed confirmation in February. We show up and our room is a double bed.I receive only the response from the staff that they have no other rooms available and no other options. I showed him the message thread from Booking.com that showed that they agreed to two twin beds. Still no other options where offer and no acceptance that an error was made by the hotel. I was traveling with my sister so I slept on the floor using a blanket as my mattress. This was a horrible experience.
- A little expensive given that breakfast is an extra 24 euros

Friendly comfortable good location near to bus station nice breakfasts. We've stayed here for 4 nights would visit again.
Nice building, common areas comfy with a lovely terrace. Good location, short flat walk to town centre.
Room was small and bad design made this worse. Unnecessary vintage furniture just got in the way. Large window with interesting view in bathroom, small window in corner of bedroom. Safe was tiny , too small for tablet, and not attached to anything. Could have taken it away with ease.
It was okay to spend one night.
Arrived the 3rd day of the San Miguel festives of the barrio just next to the hotel. We spent most of the night listening to very loud music. It is to be avoided early october...
Comfortable room. Good bathroom.
The room was musty, a dehumidifier was running when we arrived. The manager seemed surprised by this.
Gorgeous boutique hotel just a step away from the main drag. Close to shops and restaurants. We went to La Guia which is almost across the road. Had a great meal, the waitress we had was a total boss! Hotel itself is so stylish, terrace out the back, you can get a drink at the bar in the cosy lounge. Furniture is very cool. The receptionist ( who doubles as waitress for breakfast) is very efficient and helpful.
Such a lovely hotel! The staff were soooo nice so friendly and so helpful. The place had such a good 'feel' to it. A beautiful building in a great location with a very short walk into town. Easy parking behind the hotel. Lovely room with great facilities and a nice bathroom with a bath. Really enjoyed our stay here.
Road was a bit noisy at the front but nothing too bad.
Rooms in a gorgeous home close to the river. We were met by a warm and friendly woman who helped us arrange our e-bikes for charging. The decor and all the facilities were first rate.
The woman who served us breakfast was not terribly friendly and the one who cleaned our rooms seemed a bit irritated that we did not leave more quickly.
Very nice boutique hotel near the city centre.Friendly staff.
Nice bright room. Comfortable bed.
It was extremely difficult to get into the bath tub to use shower and almost dangerous getting out. A shower cubicle would be much better.
The place was really nice, comfortable and overall well located in a quiet area. The staff was really accommodating and the room was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed.
Only thing I would mention that could improve a lot is breakfast. For the price it was really not up to the expectations, and some of the stuff offered wasn’t really available. Better to have it in the town.
I’m sure all rooms are not as bad as the one we stayed in.
The room had one very small window in the corner behind the Behind the cupboard and two skylights. The room had a funny smell on the first day, however this improved on the second day.We didn’t see other rooms and we were in room nine in the corner on the top floor within the roof area.
Looks like it used to be a nice little hotel but it’s become shabby. Dog friendly. Very friendly (English speaking) reception/staff.
Locatea between a busy road and a paeking lot. Not maintained very well. Noise from other rooms. Mosquitos. Terrace closed/locked in the evening. Not worth the price at all!
The location is great. On site parking but not secured
The room was on the expensive side. And the view out of the window was looking out to the side of next doors house and passage. The room was very dark. Don't mind paying more for a good view but not for that.No English channels on the tv not even the news. And had to pay an extra €14 each per night for breakfast.Very expensive when all we did was drop our bags off and go out. Only went back to sleep. Wouldn't spend long in the room because it was to dull
The cleanliness, the staff and location.
No A/C
Lovely boutique style hotel, ideally positioned for walking into town. Breakfast was lovely and freshly cooked
Friendly and accommodating younger morning staff. Great view of the river and cliffs over the bus station. Close to the bus station. Easy stroll to the Main Street of town. Decent bed. Nice shared patio on the ground floor. Elevator.
Body wash, moisturiser etc. a bit cheap and not nice. Grumpy older evening staff. Patio closes at 9pm.
Cute, family-run hotel. Located next to the best seafood restaurant in Asturias, Sidrería La Parrilla. Free public parking nearby.
