    Pros +

    • The views from our room and the main building were amazing. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone I know who has the opportunity to go to Crete, Greece, and stay at Pegasus. They will fall in love with the place. The food, OMG. Amazing as well. Just Beautiful.
    • Location and surrounding. Very quiet, good value for money. Very simple. Near nice beaches and good restaurants
    • Very relaxed, kind and easy going hosts, excellent breakfast with very good coffee, beautiful garden, spacious rooms and terrace, clean pool, decent beds that were above average from what is expected in Greece

    Cons -

    • Not enough comfortable furniture outside the room. Pool beds always top on each other so if you wanted to lay down the pool you you would need to drag yourself. Also sometimes it’s gets really windy and it’s gets really loud in the room. When it’s windy the only possibility is to sit inside.
    • Smell of sewage and aggressive chlorine based cleaning agent that was used to reign in the miasma coming from the bathroom. This, however, disappeared after letting the water run for a little bit and leaving the windows open.
    • The bed wasn't super comfy but was OK

Had an amazing stay! Nemo was an incredible host and Luna, the resident dog, made it feel homely. Food at the restaurant was great and we enjoyed lounging around the pool.

The view, the athmosphere, the friendly friendly staff and the superclean and refreshing pool. There are perfect beaches nearby, some excellent local restaurants nearby and it's just a really easygoing place to stay

Such a beautiful place! Amazing view over the ocean and nearby beaches. The pool was located beautifully with the view infront. The staff was so nice and friendly. Great dinner and breakfast. Spacious and clean room. Worth the money! :)

Clean and spacious rooms with excellent view. The place is much better than it looks in the photograph. The staff are polite and friendly. I definitely recommend!

The location is ideal if you looking for quite time far from crowded tourist places. The only disadvantage is the the closest super market is 10min driving.

The room we stayed was very clean and convenient for us and our dog. Personnel was friendly and the view was great. Located near Triopetra, provides easy access to Rethymno south beaches. Hope we will return soon!

The hotel was nice and the view was amazing. Most of the staff was superfriendly.

The pool was freezing and the card machine was broken so it caused a lot of headache when no ATM in the area.

The sea view, traditional architecture, flowers and trees, easy parking, the food, hot shower, comfortable beds, the red bottle wine, elegant, the peacefulness, the most cordial and hospitable host. Made us feel very welcomed.

A wonderfully peaceful place to stay. Only 8 rooms in the property. Rooms very spacious, good facilities..fridge, kettle and basic crockery in rooms. Air conditioning very effective. Fabulous pool. We had dinner and breakfast there once. Both meals were delicious. We would have been happy to eat there more often, but wanted to try other restaurants. We didn't have a bad meal the entire time we were in this part o crete. You do need a car and be a confident driver yo drive the local roads. We spent each day visiting the many local beaches and tavernas. We couldn't believe how quiet they were in August..it was amazing.the photos of the property are entirely accurate.

Nothing for us. If you like loud entertainment, this isn't the place for you.

The food was really good and fresh, no menu just fresh and good recomandation from the staff. The rooms were super nice with a traditoonal cretan vibe and clean and aircomditioned. Very calm location and friendly staff.

If i must xhooce somering, a bit in the middle of nowhere, you need to have a car to get around.

Superfriendly host and supporting personnel ! Beautiful large rooms in a spatious garden, at the stunning South coast of Crete. Very good swimming pool. Nice evening meal posibilities at the charming location.

    Nothing !!

The view, the staff. The region is beautiful and quiet.Lots of beaches where you find yourself on your own to enjoy the clean beautiful water.Much quieter than crowded touristic Agia Galini

It’s a bit remote. Not for those who like to be in a town. Depends what you like.A coffee machine would be a great addition.

    10ChristophPosted on: 6-9-2023

Amazing views and the nicest staff! Really did everything to make is comfortable! Also their food was incredible! We were sad to leave.

The mattress was a bit soft for our taste.

    10LisaPosted on: 6-9-2023

Beautiful place to stay! This was our second time here and will definitely return. You need a car, as the location is remote, but saying that there are many good places to eat and visit in easy reach. The food served was delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very nice and large room with exceptional view. Clean, well maintained, recently refurbished. Nice balcony. Also nice swimming pool. Plenty of parking space. Nice nudist beaches in the area.

Kitchenette should be better equipped. Simple coffee maker, french press or something similar could be a nice addition so you can prepare morning coffee in your room. Breakfast overpriced/very poor taking into consideration the price of 10 EUR. They were running out of eggs. After taking this breakfast the first morning we decided to eat elsewhere for the rest of our stay.

    10FannyPosted on: 10-1-2022

Meet all our expectations and more! The view is breath taking, the rooms are big, spacious with high ceilings. The little terrace and garden outside was superb. Breakfast was exactly what we wished for - omelet and Greek yoghurt with fresh orange juice.

    Everything was perfect!
