Hotel Beretta

The staff are super friendly. The rooms, we had 2 were spotlessly clean. The included breakfast was great.

This hotel has a great location near the train station. The rooms are great for the price, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room, number 5, was spacious and had a great balcony.

We love the location and great hospitality. We loved the ability to manage air flow and direct sun with the awning, blinds, and door vents.

The hotel is on the main road and as a result, there was noisy traffic at most hours of the day... it was quieter by early mid week.

The staff was very focused on making our stay pleasant.

A common issue in Italy:1. Signage to find the hotel wasn't very good.2. A bed for double occupancy is two singles pushed together.

The chemical smell was strong!

We could walk to a lot of nice places to visit.

The office and breakfast were in a different building we had to walk back and forth to.

Staff was so accommodating and went on and above to help us with any issues. They were so prompt and helpful.

Bed wasn’t as comfortable as I would like.

Breakfast was awesome, with a variety of food, fruits, pastry, eggs, and meats. We had a beautiful view with balcony of the city center, lake, mountains. Room was huge, so plenty of space to spread out. Check in receptionist was kind in staying there for us to arrive (train delays).

Nice stay near the water. Close to the train station and the ferry dock. Very nice breakfast too.

I was on the first floor above the cafe on the ground floor. There was a little sound from below, but it really wasn't bad. I would gladly stay here again.

Wonderful view from our balcony and great breakfast. 6 minute walk from train station. 6 minute walk to ferry. All restaurants very close.

Nothing in particular but please beware that there is no elevator for people (common in Italy), also those with multiple big luggages (3+) might find a room to be a bit small.

So close to ferry and train station. Good size room with balcony. Breakfast included.

Location is closed to the train station and ferry terminal. And closed to sightseeing spots so we could have enough time to visit the beautiful villages around the lake and villa. The staff is nice and helpful. The room is clean.

The location of the hotel is wonderful! Very close to train station and the ferry dock. Short walk to the restaurants. Short walk to morning breakfast, which had a nice selection. Great coffee maker/choices. Loved that the hotel rooms were upstairs from La Tosca bar. We used it as a meeting point with our friends at the beginning and end of each day. Also, a small store was right next door. Would stay here again!

The bathroom was very small, and the folding doors are difficult to use. (Although I understand that they are the only type of door that would fit.) We made it work.

The staff was excellent, specially Mateo at the front desk and Rose Marie in the breakfast area! They went out of their way to make us feel welcomed! They were very flexible and agreed to our request for early check in!

The parking situation is tough for that area and the area is quite expensive!
