At around 20 kilometers from downtown Milan, it is easy to drive to by car. And you can park your car next to or under the hotel room. Which makes it great when you are travelling through.

The hotel does not have a front desk. To get onto the property, you need to have access to a webpage, for which you need to login, etc. That was pretty painful to do, when on the road and arriving later at night. We had to call the support desk and only after a couple of tries we could get in. The second door (next to the car park) never worked.

We were not able to stay at the facility due to its unsuitable condition. We tried checking into the rooms but they belonged to another party. The elevator did not work and my wife is unable to navigate stairs due to recent operation. The “new” rooms we were told might be ours were up and down several sets of stairs. The entire facility was very unpleasant. There was no one to help us. We were forced to find other accommodation at great expense since we had paid for our rooms (two rooms) in advance. Nothing about the facility was as advertised on Booking.com. We feel we should be reimbursed for our full cost of the two rooms we had reserved in good faith.Ken Martin [email protected]

Spotlessly clean

Weak AC and no blackout curtains made the room very hot during the day.

Room was clean and spacious, no carpets. It is self-service so you can do everything online and open the room with your phone, which might be good and bad at the same time. Check out is very easy because you just wave them goodbye and believe as everything is prepaid and done online.Did you have a good restaurant serving pizza and different typical Italian dishes as well as wine. The staff is very friendly, reception desk speaks English and it is easy to access through the highway.

The hotel does not have any drapes, curtains, blinds or anything that would block the light coming in from the outside. As a result, the street lights shine beautiful lights in the night time and early sunrise at 4:00 a.m. will not let you sleep long. The rooms were also not too well soundproofed, as you could hear the highway through the night. The bathroom would need a little renovation. The whole process of checking in online is sketchy as you have to take a picture of your ID and yourself with the ID even though there is a person at the reception desk who could verify those IDs you still have to register online in front of him. The idea of opening the hotel room with an internet link makes me think it's not the safest option out there...

The breakfast was average. Ok variety, although there was no fresh cooked eggs, bacon, sausage, hash brown, pancakes or baked beans.

Apparently we got a free room upgrade. If that was the case I would have been asking for our money back on the original room. The screencast did not work on the TV like advertised. The hairdryer was possibly from the 70's and the tiles in the bathroom looked like they were about to fall off the walls. Providing a hot breakfast would have been preferable over the variety of syrups and warm yogurts. Also we were only provided with one towel for two people. The restaurant was also very average flavoured and pricey.

The room was very nice and bed was very comfortable! Spacious and new room. Very pleasant stay! Domenico was very kind and professional. Definitely I’ll come back to stay here again.

The comfort of the bed was the bast I had in years. Staff great, kind and professional, must really say it was all very clean.Very good for in the restaurant.Quiet.

We booked a hotel and not a “love motel” - by arrival we complained, but the response was “you already paid by booking, so….”We said this is not a hotel but a love motel. The reply : “nono, hotel”.Arriving in the room you find a big mirror at the ceiling - i think this is really disgusting.When checking out we had to pay drinks that we did NOT take from the room…. We complained, but no response - so this place is absolutely to be avoided!

Reception staff very friendly, having a hard job having to apologise to all the all the guest not having any A/C.

It was high temperature around 28 o Celsius in Milan that weekend . And no Air Condition was working in the room . it advertised they had A/C. but when ask recepion they came up with a excuss the Italian goverment do not allow till laterly in the month ? very hard believe . I didn't see any A/C Police around to check.

didn't realise it was a Sex hotel walls and ceiling mirrors wasnt shown on booking.com.I could hear the people in the next room.The rooms smelled like cigarettesIt had a weird connecting door that you couldn't bolt with a physical lock so made me feel unsafe.

Stayed here before and like the convenience of the location, restaraunt and comfy rooms. The hotel is clean, friendly and relaxed. Food in the bar is good and service well run.

The hotel advertises eco friendly. If you leave towels on the floor they change them. However i like to reuse all mine but each day the room was cleaned and all towels replaced anyway.

Good size rooms. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Overall nice decor.

Music was playing in the hotel common areas throughout the day and night. Hotel restaurant closed on Sunday.

Everything was perfect, just location is little far from bus station. Staff was very helpful, polite. Room clean, breakfast delicious. Highly recommended if you have a car to drive.

Oh great service on an early arrival . I got a coffee and cakes breakfast . Room is so clean and modern with a nice comfortable bed . Breakfast is good and well presented .

Curtains could be more thicker to block out light .

The hotel was clean, very good room and very comfortable bed and very reasonable price, good breakfast, you can also order good pizzas at reasonable price, convenient parking
