- absolutely fantastic breakfast, fresh and with lots of fantastic choices- good facilities- responsive Reception staff when we had an issue with very noisy neighbours- view from the room

- the walls of the room are made of cardboard - you can hear absolutely everything and we had very noisy neighbours; it might depend on the type of room you book - we were in a twin room- the carpet in our room had quite big stains- I emailed the hotel prior to booking to ask about the bedding as my child is severely allergic to feathers - there was no response at all - there were down cushions in the room when we arrived - not a problem for many - for us a massive issue

very noisy. not isolation. so you can hear everything from other rooms and public area.no mini fridge in the room.can`t control A/C or heating.

Was nice, liked acces to pool, gym, play ground. Good breakfasts with various types of food.

Breakfast served until 11 - amazing when you're travelling with teenagers. The hotel was really clean and I loved the swimming pool and the sauna. There was a wide selection of food served for breakfast and their winter tea in the bar was amazing! The hotel was really quiet and the beds were really comfortable.

I had a really nasty fall in the car park in icy conditions. The area wasn't spread with sand for safety. The hotel was really clean but our room wasn't cleaned when I requested it. Had to ask for new towels.

Nice looking hotel, clean and well refurbished. Good food. I did only change that I was place in connected room so we can hear eachother with people next door. Hotel has little occupancy that day so will be better to place guests in every other room instead next to. Otherwise great place and will definitely be back

The location is amazing, the rooms are nice, the breakfast is great, the hotel is very modern and spotlessly clean.

The sauna and gym don't open till 3pmThe smoking area is outside under the reception so when you walk into the hotel your walking through groups of people smoking which seems pretty stupid as the smell also travels up to the balconies, so you have an amazing hotel with balconies above a smoking area. I'd highly recommend the hotel move the smoking area away from balconies.

Nice family rooms, spacious and comfortable.

Pool opened only for few hours in the afternoon. Bar opened also only few hours and no mini bar or ever fridge in the room. Breakfast was permanently under supplied so one had to wait for everything all the time. Staff seemed a bit disappointed that there were guests. It’s a state run hotel and the level of service is exactly on a level one would expect in such place.

Fantastic view. Great swimming pool and jacuzzi. Wide bed. Lots of wardrobe space. Few hangers.

Housekeeping not great. Novisit after first day. Tea and coffee not replenished no milk in room. Only continental breakfast.

Breakfast was good.

The location of the hotel was not perfect. It is situated higher up a road that is not gritted in the winter. Thus it was impossible to get to the hotel. We had to leave a car in the center of Szcyrk and use taxi to get us to the hotel as well as to get to the lift stop and back every day. Not exactly what we had in mind when we booked this holiday as this was not mentioned anywhere when booking the hotel.
