Great view from the upper floors (I think rooms with balcony), perfect breakfast and dinner. Nice rooms. Free EV charge.

It was a bit crowded at the reception and at the breakfast.

I would like to share my feedback about the hotel and the staff. The location is excellent with beautiful views. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Agnieszka. She was extremely patient in answering all our questions and went above and beyond to make our stay at the hotel, and even in the city more enjoyable. She kindly assisted us with transportation and provided great recommendations for visiting the main attractions. I truly appreciate all her efforts and support during our stay.

It is a new and modern hotel with excellent facilities and outstanding breakfast. It is close to slopes, so convenient to ski, has its own spa. friendly to families and has a lot of facilities for small kids.

guys need to to improve the service in general.

Impossible to contact front desk! No one informed us to book ski bus in advance which is total failure for this location!

When we got to the hotel, they had some troubles with our original room. They nicely asked us to wait while they allocate our new room and offered us a drink each on the house, to say sorry and thank you for waiting. We had a choice of beer, wine, fizzy or soft drinks. It took them about half an hour but they kept coming to notify us of the progress and check we were okay. The room was stunning with a long balcony looking directly at Skrzyczne. The next day we bought breakfast and it was lovely! Huge selection of food and best part was filling up on coffees, juices and smoothies as many times as you like.

The water in the shower had extremely low pressure and kept going either very hot or freezing cold. I've tried the bath tap and that seemed fine though. It had the pressure and the water stayed the same temperature. The bath tap was also right under the shower head so due to the low pressure I kept hitting my leg against it.

Delighting mountain view and very good quality of food

The staff is not well trained, the waiting time at the desk and in the restaurant is extremely long. Breakfast lounge open at 7am, which is pretty late if you travel for business. I expected more for the price you pay.
