- The place is nice and clean. Staff is very professional and the restaurant has a nice offer.
Cons -
- Beds were uncomfortable. Mattresses need to be changed.
- Wi-fi in the room was poor, wasn’t able to use. Shower head was half-broken, entrance door was hard to close. My son didn’t like the pool, ceiling is too low i think.
- If you are a spa/sauna lover, don't expect nothing too great. Also, there are stairs to the pool which I didn't know and my grandma couldn't come so just keep that in mind :)

Breakfast, friendly staff
Steam room not working, overcrowded pool and jacuzzi area
The staff there were so nice and really went out of their way to be helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, just a little small. Breakfast was delicious. There were plenty of breakfast choices. The finnish was great.
The infra sauna was okay, but it could have been hotter. It was good overall, though a bit of crowded when more people joined. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was a bit of a letdown - it was cold, which was a bummer.
We placed our parents in this hotel so they can enjoy facility while we are skiing. They truly enjoyded their stay there. They said staff was friendly and food nice. Ski bus would easily take them to the upper village as the distance to get to gondola is long.
Amazing breakfast, big clean room and quiet location.
I missed bigger sauna and cold pool.
Staff was very helpful and friendly
Bit out of date. And not good for value at all
Perfect location, nice SPA, very helpful staff
In general the hotel meets the requirements for 3 star category, but is highly overpriced. For the price of 100+ Eur per night one expect more. Room badly needs an upgrade. Bathroom is wet, cold and deeply unpleasant. Wifi connection is poor, erratic and occasional. The walls are so thin, that you hear not only the neighbors, but everything from outside.
Stuff spoke english. And were helpfull.
Cold, seamed that heating was refuced during the work days.Rooms, hotel and surroundings looks way better in photos then they are in real life.
