Hotel Alpin

The location is great (in the city center). A few minutes to the bus station (there is a free shuttle bus). There a lot of restaurant and shops in the walkable distance. The breakfast was good. A few hot options (like eggs, sausages, etc.).The bed was comfortable. A water bottle was refilled daily.

Over the past nine months l’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times,excellent customer service, outstanding food & comfortable room, one of the best , if not the best in the village.

Clean and spacious apartment with sauna in it. Not the biggest, suits 4 people with comfort in sitting position. Good restaurant in the hotel on the parter. Kids play room available. Parking with a lot of spots. Very nice receptionists and other staff.

We got a very cold room on arrival with hidden radiator not really working. Had to complain and ask a few times but eventually we got a nice normal temperature room.

The breakfast was quite good, the dinners in the restaurant were tasty and elegant, the ski room is well equiped and secure, the beds were comfortable. The location is quite good having few really good restaurants nearby and big supermarket. But you need to drive 5-10 min by car/bus to gondolas.Drinking water was refilled every day.

The room was not comfortable - the initial room which we were offered was quite small (by m2 and especially by look and feelings) and not like in the expected pictures (which showed bigger room). After discussion they offered us slightly bigger room which we accepted, but honestly we already knew that nearby apartment accomodations are far better for the same price and wanted to cancel the booking - but there was no option for that. Every room has the "office" lights - which are cold and stressing.No refrigerator in the room at all.Bathroom was veeeery uncomfortable because of the sloped roof - you cannot shower in this bath standing on feet, we were literally showering sitting in the bathroom.Some of the reception staff don't speak English well.We were unlucky, but notified by the hotel beforehand, and on 1st day of our stay there was a wedding party - some of us were having issues with sleep because the loud hardbass music did not stop till 2-3am :)

Rooms were very clean, staff very friendly and food at the restaurant exceptional. If im ever returning to szczyrk thats the hotel ill be booking.

The breakfast was great. The restaurant had to screen connected to the game room. Kids can play and parents can see them.
